Research On Strategy Investment Management In Province

In recent years, along with the continuously evolving of the investment and financing system's marketability, and the day by day's consummation of the state assets operation mechanism, investment in the province, as an important link of the state investment and management will play an increasingly important role in management system. The strategic investment management in province will create a new and more effective allocation of resources to achieve the system function. Making more effective use of the provincial economic resources, enhancing the innovative capability of the investment behavior in province, and enhancing industrial upgrading and economic competitive edge, will promote the economical development by leap and bounds in province.The research analyzes the topic basis, the correlation research progress, the research technique, the technical route and the research content, and then introduces the basis on researching investment management in province. On the basis of theory summary, it makes an analysis to status of the investment management model in province. Meanwhile, the research analyzes the choice of supporting industry in province use the multi-objective programming method and establishes a system of evaluation and analyzes the relationship between the government and corporates in province used the game theory. After the theory analyzing and method improving, the research establishes the system model of the strategic investment management in province. At last, it carries on an analysis to the successful cases operated by using strategic investment in province, which confirms the strategic investment management system mode in province we establishes in this paper.The main achievements of the research are as follows.Base on the systematic theory, the view of scientific development and the game theory, this paper discusses the strategic investment management including region economics, investment and strategy. This paper systemically combines the region, investment and strategy, and further provides the theory basis for the strategic investment management in province. This paper utilizes the empirical and canonical study, qualitative and quantitative study, the literature review and case study, and use the multi-objective programming and game theory in the model of investment management, in order to improve the practicability of the model. This paper discusses the characteristics of investment management and the contents of strategy, further proposes the concept of strategic investment management in province, and describes the target and characteristics of strategic investment management in province which enriching the theory of strategic management.In the situation of system change of investment and financing and state assets management, this paper proposes the necessity and significance of constructing the system of strategic investment management in province, analyzes the function target of operation carrier of operation organization and state assets management, and concludes that the operation organization of strategic investment management in province should be the state holding company through the comparison between the foreign and domestic operation model of state holding company. Based on the concluding, this paper constructs the framework of operation organization of strategic investment management in province, illustrates the function and operation model, and provides the suggestions for perfecting the operation organization of strategic investment in province.
