This paper first reviewed the growth and development process of Sino-US trade conflicts. With the growth of Sino-US trade, the scope of the trade conflicts between the two countries have also expanded, and the destruction has been strengthened, the characteristics has been emerging from time to time. In this papers, the characteristics of Sino-US trade conflicts has been summarized in detail.In this paper, the strategic implications of Sino-US trade conflicts has been implicated from the following three aspects: Trade conflicts between the two countries is approaching from the periphery to the core national interests; Sino-US trade conflicts is also remodeling the complex dependence and trade conflicts is also changing the tone of national strategies from both sides. With the upgrading of strategic implication in Sino-US trade conflicts, both China and US have invested in more and more political will.In this paper, United States and China's strategic strategies in trade conflicts has been refined. There are mainly three strategies from US: trying to politicize the trade issue, expand fair trade responsibility, transferring focus of trade disputes. But China's strategy is settling of disputes in the globalization, economic mutual destruction, to ensure that strategies and market economy status name, and so on. In this paper, content of each strategy on both sides, as well as its implementation process and the effectiveness are explained systematically.The strategic posture of two countries in the Sino-US trade conflicts is summarized: A strategy role of attack-defending has been strengthened. And the controllability of Sino-US trade conflicts is improving in short-term. Sino-US trade conflicts is in stalemate. The reasons and consequences of this state are also analyzed in this paper.In this paper, the author believes there are complex interdependent relations between China and the United States after all. And the trade conflicts does not accord with the strategic interests of both countries if it leads to jeopardy to both sides. So the emergence of strategic economic dialogue is timely and useful. However, there are all sorts of interference factors still existing which causes great obstacles in building bilateral trade coordination mechanism, and the status is not optimistic. Therefore, China should make the correct judgment in time.Finally, eight pertinent and practical strategies about how China should make proper strategic decisions in Sino-US trade conflicts have been proposed in this paper...
