The paper industry is an important pillar industry of national economy. During the process of the industrialization, the paper industry will keep on developing continually. The modernization of China paper industry has not had the Western industrialization initial period development environment. The resources restraint and the environment challenge which the paper industry faces the situation which meets in the industrialization process is sterner than any Western great nation.
