After 30 years reforming and developing, China's agricultural market system has steped into a new phase, in which, profound change beeing appeared. The impetus of this change coming from 2 aspects: on the one hand, in the process of income increasing, consumptive structure changing and food structure diversification, residents pay much attention to the food security and their demand for the meliorative dairy products, fine muscle, high quality fruits and safe vegetable has been increased, so, market mainbodies including enterprise, medi-market organization and market supervisory department have to take measures to strengthen management of agricultural industrial chain. One the other hand, with the expanding of agricultural products market, by the impulse of efficiency and profit under the market competition, dividing and collaboration among agricultural organizations such as yield, manufacture, store, sale and medi-market become more elaborate and compact, market systematism level of agricultural products keep improving. In this tendency, famers face to challenge from domestic and oversea and they how to take part in the modern market has attracted much attention(Pingali,2006), but they have to face the current restriction under competitive suurounding in the process of steping into the market system, not only because of the lack of matter investment, but also the absence of medi-market organizations. In The West China, the groth lag of market and infrastructure, bargaining cost and other non-economic trade obstales would affect farmers to step into the high systematism, elaborate dividing and compact collaboration. So, from the angle of link between farmer and systematism market, taking reducing bargaining cost and increasing entering opportunity as target, to research the influencing machanism of agricultural medi-market organization and its business mode by which farmer enter the systematism agricultural product market is important, new and primary research field, and the research outcome would be beneficial to improve the theory of agricultural product marketing. On the basis of researching the effct of business mode of agricultural medi-market organization between farmer and the systematism market in The West China, to design new business mode and put forward countermesure would help the government to improve supporting policy for agricultural medi-market organization.This paper takes the business mode of agricultural medi-market organization in The West China as subject, takes the elementary theory of market divided-cooperative and medi-market organization as principle theory. Takes the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis as principle research methods, designs the business mode of agricultural medi-market in The West China from two aspects including interior structure, function, mechanism and exterior benefit coupling with the other market main-body. Lastly, combing with former research conclusion, puts forward countermeasure for the development of agricultural medi-market organization in The West China from angle of government macro-regulation.The logic research framewok of this paper can be set forth as follow: On the basis of using correlative former documents and others'experience for reference, we define the concept of agricultural medi-market organization and the business mode of agricultural medi-market organization, and probe into the evolutive rule and problems which existed in agricultural medi-market organization in China. By investigating on 3 provinces in The West China, we get the conclusion that farmers'demand for agricultural medi-market organization is strong in The West China, but the development of agricultural medi-market organization is laggardly, unbalance between the supply and demand is obvious. Combining with this conclusion, based on analyzing the business mode of agricultural medi-market organization in East China, referring to the experience of overseas, and the using system economic and management theory as principle theory, we design the 4 business modes which adapt to the agricultural industialization level in The West China incuding agribusiness firm mutual benefit mode, farmer specialized cooperative organization leading mode, wholesale market of agricultural products nonprofit node and scale marketing farmer company mode.According to the logic, this paper is divided into 8 chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction, which is consisting of researching background, researching purpose and meanings, researching route and methods. On basis of referring to the document and objectively commenting on the theory of agricultural medi-market organization and its business mode, we generalize the important viewpoints; primary theory and principle methods which can be used for reference in this study and put forward the research framework.Chapter 2 is analysis on the business mode of agricultural medi-market organization. We define the meaning and sort of domestic agricultural medi-market organization and put forward the theory framework of business mode of agricultural medi-market organization from interior system mode and exterior benefit coupling on base of analyzing its organization function.Chapter 3 is analysis on the development track of agricultural medi-market organizations and .their business mode. We analyze the birth, development and business mode of every agricultural medi-market organization including agribusiness firm, farmer specialized cooperative organization(including supply-distri cooperative and specialized association), wholesale market of agricultural products, and scale marketing farmer, and get a conclusion that the development of agricultural medi-market organization is close correlative with agricultural industrialization, marketability and the internationalization level, the business mode should be distinguishing in different phase.Chapter 4 is cultivative experience and reference on business mode of agricultural medi-market organization. On the one hand, by lucubrating the character of the business mode of agricultural medi-market organization in The West China, we summarize the success and failure experience about the policy inducement in cultivating the business mode of agricultural medi-market organization. On the other hand, by refering the success experience of agricultural medi-market organization in other developed country and the governments'public policy to facilitate transition of the bussiness node of agricultural medi-market organization and optimize the servicing function, we get the experience and reference of agricultural medi-market organization cultivation and new business mode establishment.Chapter 5 is investigation and analysis on the farmers'demand for agricultural medi-market organization in The West China. We make a survey in 3 west provinces including Shaan-xi, Qing-hai and Si-chuan, and get a conclusion that farmers'demand is strong but the development of agricultural medi-market organization is laggardly.Chapter 6 is design of business mode of agricultural media-market organization in The West China. On the basis of summarizing construction principal of business mode of agricultural medi-market organization, we put forward an evaluation index system for agricultural industrialization and use this index system to evaluate agricultural industrialization in different area in The West China, and construct appropriative business mode by this standard. All the organizations are established from two aspects: interior system improvement and exterior benefit coupling. Finally, we design the operative tactic for every organization.Chapter 7 is countermeasure for development of agricultural media-market organization in The West China. We summarize our research outcome, and put forward countermeasure from 3 aspects: macro-economic circumstance, policy support and law sustainability.Chapter 8 is conclusion, deficiency and prospect of whole paper. We summarize the whole conclusion of study on business mode of agricultural media-market organization in The West China, point out the difficulty and some issues which not included or not lucubrated in this paper, and continuous research prospect in the future.
