Business Growth Based On Knowledge Sharing System And Its Model

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is becoming the key factor for enterprises growth. Knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management, the contribution of which to high_level knowledge innovation had been recognized. And the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprises growth is becoming the research front of enterprises growth theories. Therefore, based on the previous analysis frame of enterprises growth and from the angle of knowledge sharing, this paper posted the causes, mode and path model of erterprises growth through system engineering theories and methodologies and induced the rule and determinant of enterprises growth. And the main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper puts forward that the main logic process of enterprises growth is based on knowledge shafing——dynamic integration——enterprises growth. And it argues that the goal of knowledge sharing process is to enhance the enterprises' growth capacity of knowledge. Then it tries to unscramble the process of enterprises growth from the point of system cognition and knowledge innovation by system engineering methodology to find the reasonable core of enterprises growth theories. After this, the author brings forward the enterprises system and its analysis frame based on knowledge sharing in a creationary way.Secondly, taking enterprises growth as its main topic and combining the international up_to_date theories, this paper sets up the lifecycle and evolutionary mechanism of enterprises growth based on the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprises growth, analyzes the nature of corporate survival optimization and the core motive of enterprises evolution, studies the self_organization evolution of enterprises growth system, educes the self_organization equation and character of the growth capacity of enterprises knowledge, and desmontrates the logicof enterprises growth and the evolutionary path of enterprises growth system.Thirdly, with the path dependent character of enterprises growth, this paper tries to study the factors of enterprises growth on system engineering theory and set up the evaluation parameters system. Based on this evaluation system, the paper builds a mathematic model of multi-objective optimization and an Entity-Relationship model. Through the process of Monto-Carlo simulation, the paper simulates the growing environment of enterprise and obtained the optimal policy under suitable value of every optimal parameter. Then, based on the process of hypercycle and sdf_orgnization and the capacity of ecological choice, this paper evaluates the knowledge power and growing mode of enterprises growth system and builds a conceptional evaluation frame of enterprises growth system based on knowledge sharing.Fourthly, based on analyzing the complexity of knowledge sharing in enterprises growth, the author studies several important taches deeply. He considers that the evolution of knowledge sharing and dynamic integration is a complicated interactive knowledge process, which includes four circular phases: aberrance, internal choice, diffusion and maintenance. And the goal of this process is to realize the innovation of knowledge and impel the growth of enterprises. Therefore, the process of enterprises is a complicated knowledge sharing system. And the operation of this knowledge sharing system is realized by the knowledge dynamic integration mechanism.Fifthly, this paper studies the knowledge flow dynamic model and the knowledge combination mechanism in the process of enterprises growth and lucubrates the knowledge resources optimization deployment based on living system. It considers that knowledge sharing is the main process to realize the knowledge resources optimization deployment and rational knowledge sharing can improve the knowledge distribution in modem enterprises. The key problem of knowledge flow and combination is the transforming and sharing of tacit knowledge. Based on studing how to promote knowledge sharing, especially the tacit knowledge transformation, in the process of enterprises growth, this paper build the knowledge sharing process of collaborative business.Sixly, this paper believes that enterprises growth can be embodied by the evolution of enterprises boundary, enterprises structure, enterprises behavior and enterprises performance. The evolution of enterprises boundary is embodied by the dynamic evolution of the growth capacity of knowledge; the growth of enterprises structure includes the evolution of internal and external strucure. The evolution of enterprises behavior is to absorb, transform and share knowledge in. the organization. The enterprises structure and behavior make up of the process of dynamic integration and realize the enterprises growth finally. Therefore, to realize the enterprises_growth_system need to achieve whole system balance fi'om the goal of system operation, the construction of IT hardware and the building of sharing culture. And it also needs to desigh and control the behavior performance in the enterprises growth.Sevenly, based on the main logic of knowledge sharing——dynamic integration enterprises growth, this paper puts forward the essential suppose that the construction of knowledge sharing flatform is correlated significantly with enterprises growth and desmontrates this suppose through questionnaire investigation, econometric analysis and Monto-Carlo simulation. At last, this paper analyzes and explains the whole process of knowledge sharing——dynamic integration——enterprises growth by a real case.
