| With the continuous development of economic and social,the market environment of rapid change at the same time also brought us into the era of knowledge economy,in such a background,knowledge has become the important strategic resources of enterprises necessary and the necessary condition of survival and the valuable knowledge sharing can cultivate and improve the core competence of enterprises,change the original competition foundation of the enterprise.Therefore,knowledge resources are the most important resources for enterprises,and dynamic capability is conducive to enterprises to adapt to the changing external environment and promote the transformation of knowledge into enterprise performance.In view of this,based on knowledge base theory and dynamic capacity theory,this paper conducts in-depth research on the influence of knowledge sharing and dynamic capacity through literature research and empirical analysis.First of all,this paper makes a necessary review of the research status of knowledge sharing on the impact of dynamic capabilities of enterprises at home and abroad,and on this basis,it defines the concepts of knowledge sharing and dynamic capabilities and divides them into dimensions.Among them,knowledge sharing is composed of two dimensions of knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer,and dynamic ability is composed of three dimensions of perception ability,integration ability and innovation ability.Meanwhile,power distance is introduced as a moderating variable.Secondly,a scientific and reasonable scale and questionnaire are designed based on the previous researches.Based on the previous researches,seven hypotheses between knowledge sharing,power distance and dynamic capability are proposed and verified.Then,by issuing questionnaires and other statistical methods,empirical analysis was made on the influence of knowledge sharing and dynamic capability of enterprises.SPSS software was used for reliability and validity test.The results show that knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on dynamic capability.But low power distance positively moderates the influence of knowledge sharing on dynamic capability.The smaller the power distance,the more dynamic capability can be stimulated.Finally,on the inspection conclusion,combining the empirical analysis on the results of the analysis of enterprise knowledge sharing in the stage of knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer in practice the lack of performance and the influence of power distance on dynamic capability,and to the enterprise knowledge sharing and power distance,puts forward the rational and scientific practice recommendations to improve the awareness of enterprises,integration,innovation ability,thus improve the performance of enterprises. |
