As we all know, exploring the competitive advantage is one of the most important subject in the strategic management. Integrating economics with management, it analyzes the essential of a corporation and its internal management affairs as well and thus finds out that the main task of a corporation has turned to fostering the core competence from gaining excessive revenue. This theory not only breaks the traditional view of the black-box enterprise but also challenges the modern corporation theories which have dominated for decades. reveals the key factors for a corporation's growth and development in which economists and management experts are interested. In a short term, the corporation's competitive advantage relies on the quality of the product. While, in the long run, it is the core competence that play the crucial role.However, existing research about core competence, especially in instructing enterprise practice under dynamic environment, have a lot of shortages. These researches focus on the character, identify, and the modes of stratage, organize and management. But these researches mainly are scattered researches study more than system researches, case study more than theories researches, quantitative analyses and qualitative analyses study more than mutual combination researches, more different opinions of the concepts and methods, less mutual amalgamation between them. The challenges of this theory come from the dynamic environment, because the competitive advantage is easy to be corroded by the innovation of technologies and products. Based on above, this dissertation connects the evolution of core competence based on dynamic adaptability, on the foundation of integrating and animadverting the existing research, analysis the basic problems of the evolution of core competence. This analysis will suggest: (1) the core competence of the corporation is the knowledge of organization operation with structural and coherent dimensions configure firm, is the unify of reality, carrier and function. and is dynamic system carried by organizational resources and capability point of view of system. (2) evolution is the subject of the core competence of the corporation forever. Understanding the core competence of the corporation from evolvement is comprehensive and systemic. (3) dynamic adaptability evolvement is the essence of core competence evolvement, and is a varing, selecting, saving course based on organizational capabilities, knowledge, and resources. Dynamic adaptability evolvement has realized from product operation to capability operation, and systematical integrate the competitive and uncompetitive activities. (4) Varation, select, save, dominant logic and dynamic mechanism of the core competence of the corporation decides {evolution subject of resource integrate. So they are the research subject.In order to understand the mechanism and control of the dynamic adaptability evolvement of the qore competence of corporation, this thesis firstly have explored the drive of it. It is drived by inside and outside factors and organizational behaviors. The relations are osculation bettwen them, different inside factors lead to different organizational behaviors, different outside factors lead to different evolvement path, and the organizational factors lead to the whole course. Organization study is the important approach of the dynamic adaptability evolvement of the core competence of corporation, and the management based on knowledge share is the drive of it this thesis puts forward the concept of integrated capability analyze the structures of integrated capabilities including integrated generic capability, integrated organization capability system and integrated core competence, and analyze the evolution mechanism of in the aspects of evolution drive, life cycle, resources structure and internal capabilities structure, thus establish the theory frame work. Second, based on the path depended and life cycle, the dynamic adaptability evolvement path of the core competence of corporation is analyzed deeply with the life cycle of organizational, the dynamic adaptability evolvement path of the core competence of corporation is set off the phases of bring, mature and break. At the same time, it is the course of dynamic, open and strengthen resource net system. In order to syllabify and systemly reflect the characteristic of the dynamic adaptability evolvement path of the core competence of corporation, the evolution mechanism of the resource structure of organizational is explored and the corresponding models is built. Based on improving Net, the thesis builds the Net models of the evolution mechanisms of organizational, and analyzes the characteristics of these models. The revelation are focused on the following: (1)The preferential attachment ascendant resource lend itself to the fleetly diffuse and pervasion of the knowledge, technology and information in Net. (2) It is the basic condition that keep to dynamic and open absorb the exterior resources. (3) The renovation of the redundance resource lend itself to the Net configuration.Third, the thesis analyse the realization mechanism of the dynamic adaptability evolvement path of the core competence of corporation by innovation, absorb and transform, and it is the complementarity and deepen of the dynamic adaptability evolvement mechanism of the core competence of corporation. (1)The innovation of the dynamic adaptability evolvement of the core competence of corporation have the characteristic complexity, mainbody multipolar and process complexity. Based on the environment change, inside resource cooperate, industry value inosculate and exterior resources cooperate are the source of the organic innovation. The integrative control is the dynamic method of fast achieving the established aim. Based on the foundation of adaptability evolvement mechanism, the following princieples are embodied: fast and synchronize appraising, flexible cultivate plan of the core competence of corporation, focusing on the market oriented of the select of the core competence of corporation, having the basic hypothesis of exerting aheadism of the core competence of corporation.At last, this paper validates the whole system of the theory of this thesis with the sample of Chang Hong Corporation. which is of good verification in theory for describing and analyzing organizational, introducing theory into the modeling and analyzing of the evolution mechanism of the core competence of corporation. So, this thesis is important to deeply research and practice the core competence of corporation.
