The challenges of this theory come from the dynamic environment, because the competitive advantage is easy to be corroded by the innovation of technologies and products. Based on above, this dissertation connects the evolution of core competence based on dynamic adaptability, on the foundation of integrating and animadverting the existing research, analysis the basic problems of the evolution of core competence. This analysis will suggest: (1) the core competence of the corporation is the knowledge of organization operation with structural and coherent dimensions configure firm, is the unify of reality, carrier and function. and is dynamic system carried by organizational resources and capability point of view of system. (2) evolution is the subject of the core competence of the corporation forever. Understanding the core competence of the corporation from evolvement is comprehensive and systemic. (3) dynamic adaptability evolvement is the essence of core competence evolvement, and is a varing, selecting, saving course based on organizational capabilities, knowledge, and resources. Dynamic adaptability evolvement has realized from product operation to capability operation, and systematical integrate the competitive and uncompetitive activities.
