On the other hand, it also determines effect in introducing and utilizing FDI. Weigh with stock or with flow, the investment area distribute of FDI in our country are quite unbalanced. Over the past years, with the constant promotion of reform and opening-up, the investment Climate and market-running Climate in China were improved day by day, and attracted more and more foreign businessman to make the investment, which make China become one of the countries absorbing FDI in the world presently.The FDI amount that the eastern area attracted exceeds 85% of the national total amount, and ones that the vast western region attracted is less than 5% of the whole country. And FDI quantity attracted between different provinces has a very great difference. On the basis of the difference of the regional investment Climate and question in FDI of our country, this thesis has carried on special research on this.Generally think the good regional investment Climate must cater to the most investors' motive and purpose, meet investment motive's demands, and then exert a positive influence on construction and optimization of the regional investment Climate. The research contents of this thesis involve two levels, the first is general theory study and analysis of invest Climate research; the second is the positive research to the investment Climateal evaluation between provinces of our country. It grasps in theory the international capital circulation law and interaction of the investment Climate from the macroscopic and microscopic visual angle, defines connotation and characteristic of the regional investment Climate, analyses the direct investment behavior carried on host's domestic area and the win-win cooperative possibility with the game theory and system method, and further analyses the game relation between every subject of regional investment Climate by taking incentive policy. This thesis carried on further investigation on the outside and internal function mechanism of the regional investment Climate, and offered starting point and support of method of logical reasoning for construction of regional investment Climate evaluation index system in positive section. Through demonstration research, it appraised subentry index and general index of investment Climate in every province and mutual confirmation of FDI achievement index in GDP, and proposed the development strategy and suggestion of the regional investment Climate of our country.
