Research On The Restructure Of Forestry-related Industry In Northeast State-owned Forest

The goal of Chinese forestry development is to establish a fairly complete forestry ecosystem and a relatively developed forestry industrial system. A modern forestry should be an organic combination of complete forestry ecosystem and flourishing industry system, and enable them to promote each other and develop in harmony. The development of the forestryrelated industry which is the pillar of forestry industry system has very important influence on the realization of our country forestry developement target. Northeast stateowned forest zone has important strategic position and influence during the construction and development of the our country forestry, but the present forestry product industry of northeast stateowned forest zone can not carry its heavy responsibility, which objectively requires a necessary restructure of the forestry product industry to push the forestry development of northeast stateowned forest zone, and the revitalization of the forest zone's economy and the northeast old industrial base.This paper carries out the research, taking the new position of Chinese forestry, guiding thought and establishment of a fairly complete forestry ecosystem and a relatively developed forestry industrial system as its study background, guided by realizing the forestry industry satisfication of the need of national economy and life consume to the forestry products, based on theorieses, such as industrial economics and district economics etc, assuming the separation of forestry product industry from the real forestry industry in the northeast the state-owned foresty area as its premise, and taking forestry product industry of northeast state-owned forestry area as a whole.By means of analyzing macroscopic environment, industrial competition, development trend and forestry product industry's reality of the northeast state-owned forestry area, this paper elaborates the research cause and necessity of the forest product industrial restructure in northeast state-owned forestry area, and puts forward request for restructuring forest product industry. The paper proves that the forest product industry in northeast state-owned forestry area faces a rigorous challenge as well as a good opportunity of development. Meanwhile, the paper aiming at the restructuring principles of organization scale structure of the forestry product industry, the paper puts forward the basic mindset of the scale restructure.Finally, the paper puts forward that the guarantee system of the forestry-related industrial restructure in northeast state-owned forestry consists of policy guarantee, system guarantee, science and technology guarantee, and the forest resources guarantee, and separately studies guarantee system constitutes, puts forward the counterplan and suggestion for the establishment of the guarantee system.
