Currently, the world shipbuilding industry has been to demonstrate Korea, Japan, China and Europe and other parts of the new four pole structure. As the world's third largest shipbuilding country, China's shipbuilding industry is competing intensively with Japan, South Korea and other advanced shipbuilding countries. The study on the international competitiveness of shipbuilding industry and competition risk aims to enhance the international competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry, the early realization of shipbuilding biggest goal. The research ideas and reads as follows: First this paper introduces related basic theory, such as competitiveness theory, including comparative advantage in international competition theory, Michael Porter's diamond theory models, based on technological innovation competitiveness theory, the economics of the system based on the competitiveness of theory, based on the core competencies of enterprise competitive advantage theory; competitive evaluation theories including causation evaluation system, a comprehensive multi-factor analysis, based on a single factor analysis of law; theoretical risk, including the risk of meaning, risk characteristics, risk types.Secondly, the shipbuilding industry analysis features on the current development of China's shipbuilding industry and the development of Japanese shipbuilding industry status, and then analyzed the world shipping market competition in the world shipbuilding industry and the main features of the competition and competitive trends. Then the dissertation works with competitive environment of China's shipbuilding industry. First analysis of the development of China's shipbuilding industry opportunities and threats, such as international shipping market prospects for, the domestic market demand huge ship, marine industry opportunities rise, Japan adjustment strategies, goals against China. China's shipbuilding industry then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and finally on the shipbuilding industrial scale and capacity, the level of manufacturing technology, production efficiency and effectiveness, and shipbuilding costs, bunker matching capabilities, ship product variety, quality and delivery aspects of the shipbuilding industry and the Japanese shipbuilding industry between qualitative comparison. Then, an analysis of the international shipbuilding industry competitiveness and competition risk, followed analyzed shipbuilding industry internationally competitive factors, such as market share capacity, profitability, external environment, the scale of production, technical capabilities and products. Then use Delphi law establishing Shipbuilding international competitiveness evaluation indices, the use of indicators to determine the level of analysis weight, and finally the establishment of a weighted index France Shipbuilding international competitiveness evaluation models. Then, a weighted index of France, Japan, South Korea evaluation models competitiveness in the international shipbuilding industry tests, tests showed that the assumption that the international competitiveness of Korean shipbuilding industry index of 100, compared with 93 in Japan, and China's shipbuilding industry is 58, on the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry to well below Japan. Finally using DEA model input-output to China, Japan, South Korea Shipbuilding efficiency comparison, the comparison results indicate that the development of China's shipbuilding industry is good in quality and efficiency Korea, and this shows that China's shipbuilding industry has an enormous potential for development. The international competitiveness and the gap between Chinese and Japanese shipbuilding industry are analyzed. The first impact of the introduction of competitive gap for the target, Korea, Japan, China Shipbuilding international competitiveness at the secondary level targets and indicators for each index value of 1997, and then calculate the level indicators and secondary indicators to China and South Korea Shipbuilding competitiveness gap visibility and impact of the gap for classification China's shipbuilding industry which found weaknesses, identify constraints shipbuilding industry internationally competitive major factors: a market capacity, technical capability, products, bunker matching industry support environment. Finally, the analysis of the shipbuilding industry in the international competition generated risk factors, such as the international market has capacity for the generation risk, the risk of technical capacity for the generation, the generation of environmental risk factors and product risks generated. Finally, focus on China's shipbuilding industry potential competition risks by enhancing the international competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry responses.
