Taking civil aerospace manufacturing industry and its supply chaincoordination as the researching object, as a necessary researchbackground, this dissertation starts with analysis of the features of andglobal coorperation occured in the civil aerospace manufacturing industry, and then describes the present situation of the supply chain in thisindustry. The concept and classification of coordination in supply chain areconcluded. On the basis of Obstacles analysis to coordination in a supplychain, this paper takes further explore on supply chain coordinationmanagement which will diminish the obstacles to the coordination and itscharacteristics, modes and way of coordination. As the theoreticalfoundation to set up the coordination conceptural model, the dissertationresearches the mainstream coordination mechanisms in detail in supplychain, including coordination mechanism of information-share, contractand incentive mechanism, collaboration and trust mechanism, collectivelearning mechanism and etc.The thesis examines the world and china's civil aerospace industryand its supply chain, analyses the tiers and its players, and makes thesupply chain flow analysis by the means of tache analysis and SCOR,and product-based supply chain analysis. Finally, this paper constructs a coordination conceptual model in thesupply chain of civil aerospace manufacturing industry which is actuallya design frame of coordinative supply chain. This model includes principles, objects, holistic coordination framework, various coordinationmachenisms and technical methods. To better integrate all thecoordination mechanisms and methods, this research inductsCollaborative Product Commerce (CPC), takes B2B markets as anenabler to coordinate, and puts forward the implement strategies to thecoordination model. In the last part of the chapter, we take Boeing'sstrategies and implements of supplay chain coordination as an example toverify the reasonability of our aforesaid coordination concepure model ofsupply chain in the civil aerospace sector.
