| On the commodity and commodity's nature as a fundamental factor of theoretical research, through the analysis of knowledge and elements's different content and different distribution in the process of commodity production, this article posed three basic processes which had produced commodities and its three counterparts, furthermore , reasoning the horizontally industrial theory which vertical mixed and horizontal cutted the traditional three industries, and used the marginal costs and marginal benefits theoretical models to verify the horizontal industry model .So this horizontally industrial theory contained design-manufacturing industries, producing industries , marketing-service industries.Through the analysis of the modular producing case , this article verified the modular enterprise's effects, modular producing methods and the enterprise's organizations to the the traditional industry's vertical influence.Through the case of Li-Feng company, the article analysed the modern enterprise's operating model in the environment of knowledge economy and global economy, verified the specific location of modern enterprise in the framework of the horizontal industry under the circumstance of converged industries.Using the upper theory , the author made a complete analysis of industry elements and industry development in the phenomenon of northward move of Hong Kong's industry, had analysed the reason of northward move of Hong Kong's industry and its meaning to Hong Kong's economy and explored Hong Kong's economic model without traditional second industry. Moreover, the author wanted to compare Fujian and Hong Kong's advantageous industrial elements and making a feasible choice to fulfil Fujian and Hong Kong's economic cooperation. |
