They have been playing more and more important role on the stage of Chinese development. But the growth of the Non-Stateowned Enterprises was not so satisfactory, and totally speaking they slowed down the speed and even if slumped into dilemma or bankruptcy, so the second entrepreneurship trudged. The Non-Stateowned Enterprises grew under the transition of Chinese economy. The internal system was to a great extent changeable due to the quick change of exterior environment to adapt to each other externally. Entrepreneurial process and developing track of the Non-Stateowned Enterprises were strikingly similar to each other, such as quick grow-up, quick declination.
