The Non-Stateowned Enterprises have made great contributions to Chinese rapid development of economy since the Open-door policy. They have been playing more and more important role on the stage of Chinese development. But the growth of the Non-Stateowned Enterprises was not so satisfactory, and totally speaking they slowed down the speed and even if slumped into dilemma or bankruptcy, so the second entrepreneurship trudged. The Non-Stateowned Enterprises grew under the transition of Chinese economy. The internal system was to a great extent changeable due to the quick change of exterior environment to adapt to each other externally. Entrepreneurial process and developing track of the Non-Stateowned Enterprises were strikingly similar to each other, such as quick grow-up, quick declination. They played continually the trilogy, that was setup, grow-up and dwindling.The Non-Stateowned Enterprises were full of energy, competition and initiation at the beginning. They could get and use all chances nicely. At this stage the Non-Stateowned Enterprises were not regular not only in measures but in systems but their impact and achievement were great accordingly. All of these made the Non-Stateowned Enterprises expand and grow up quickly even though the time was limited. After finishing the original accumulation and beginning striding forward, however, these Non-Stateowned Enterprises stopped their step and some of them lost themselves and behaved abnormally. From then on they began to go downwards, which was regretful and speculating. What's the matter...
