They could get and use all chances nicely. At this stage the Non-Stateowned Enterprises were not regular not only in measures but in systems but their impact and achievement were great accordingly. All of these made the Non-Stateowned Enterprises expand and grow up quickly even though the time was limited. After finishing the original accumulation and beginning striding forward, however, these Non-Stateowned Enterprises stopped their step and some of them lost themselves and behaved abnormally.
