A Study On The Evaluate System And The Early Warning System Of Green Agriculture In Shandong Province

Agriculture is the base of the human society and it is becoming more and more important to human's living.Nowadays the green agriculture mode attracts a wide concern from the world. It respects the nature,makes use of all kinds of modern techniques and focuses on scientific reasonable sustainable planting.The Shandong Province is a famous planting area in the word wide。Since 1991,the area,yield and the production value of Shandong plant,have been at the first rank of the Chinese. Nowadays,the agricultural marketing and supply situation is changing Shandong. The supply is more substantial than before,and people can obtain the products all year along. With the advance of the standard of living,more and more people realized the value of green foods.They began to attach more importance to the superior quality,the safety and the diversifies of the green food,organism food. Especially,after China's joining the WTO,the agriculture of Shandong faces more opportunities and more challenges.If we want to hold tight the opportunity,we must put the internationalize standard as guide,concentrate on the producing of green food,and break the international barriers as early as possible.Therefore,both for the need of domestic markets and international environment,to development the green agriculture in Shandong Province is a inevitable choice. So if we establish a set of evaluation system and a set of early-warning system,we can estimate the true level of the green agriculture,and forecast the trend of the green agriculture in Shandong Province. On the basis of this work,we can discover problems in time,and put forward the advice to make up the lost and solve the problems.In this thesis,we analysis the proceeds of the green agricultural production in Shandong Province with the systematic analyzing method.As a result,we divide the process into five stages:the purchase of the green agricultural materials; the produce of the green agricultural products;the process of green agricultural products;the marketing of green agricultural products;and the formation of the green culture(including the green consumption).The five stages are related to each other.
