Study On Performance Evaluation System Of Supply Chain

Supply chain is one of the study focuses in the current academia. Supply chain changed the traditional competition pattern, and market competition has transformed from the competition among individual enterprises into the competition in supply chain of those enterprises. Therefore, it can be said that supply chain is a kind of cooperative arrangement among enterprises which have certain specialty and market competitive power, and is kind of activity to create value with collection advantages of enterprises efficiently and cooperatively. The selection of every node in supply chain follows the principle of power-and-power union, so gathers the economic resources which have most market competitive power. By supplementing each other and integrating resource and power of enterprises, exerting overall potency, core competitive power of each enterprise is fused into integral competitive power to enhance market competitive power greatly. How to ensure more advantages through power-and-power union, how to reduce the conflict among enterprises brought by this combination and how to validate better performance of this combination are all the main concerns of every member of supply chain organization. So carrying out thoroughly and systematically studies on management of supply chain and performance evaluation of it have important theoretical and practical significance.Basic content of supply chain and its management is elaborated in this thesis, and the current situation of domestic and overseas studies on performance evaluation of supply chain is also described. According to the basic theory and main content of supply chain performance evaluation, on the basis of studies on the existing problems in current performance evaluation of supply chain, aiming at the insufficiency of evaluation criteria adopted by suppliers in traditional transaction relations, considering the transformation of manufacturers and suppliers to each other in current dynamic, cooperative and competitive environment which need quick response, from the view of partner relation and coordination, a fuzzy AHP method combined with grey relation analysis to evaluate performance of supply chain is brought forward in this thesis.
