After founding, U.S., in only one century, has developed rapidly from the backward agricultural country into the first economic country in the world and remains up to now, and in the process of the economic development, has set up the mature liberal market economy system. Practices prove that the U.S. government has exercised her economic functions effectively and the intervention to economy has proved highly successful.Many researchers think that U.S. is home of the liberal economy and government seldom intervenes the social economic activities so the American economy is the completely liberal economic mode. After studying, the writer thinks that the view is not correct. Since founding, while giving full scope to the market economic mechanism, the U.S. government has employed strong methods of intervention to regulate and control the economic development, in order to overcome the various problems in the economic development and speed up the economic developing.In the American industrial stage, as a backward agricultural and late-developing country, government created favorable conditions to the economic developing in order to develop economy and achieve her own industrialization.
