When we take a review on the present theoretical researches and our knowledge about enterprises, it easily comes to us that most of the research findings are only related to the specific operational-levels of refocusing strategy. only few focuses on its intrinsic analysis. Hence, based on synthesizing the research findings of various schools of thought, this paper attempts to study the internal mechanism of refocusing strategy through constructing the framework of value equilibrium theory We hope that the results will provide certain strategic guidance to the practice of Chinese enterprises.First of all, this paper comprehensively reviews enterprise theories as well as enterprise strategic theories, and then systematically discusses and appraises the research findings of both diversification and refocusing. After a close analysis of the weaknesses and defects in the present research findings. I succeed in formulating a clear logic for further refocusing strategy research That is, selecting what kind of particular enterprise strategy and achieving what kind of results totally depend on whether enterprise theory and enterprise strategic theory are scientifically correct or notFollowing this logic and starting with the theoretical analysis around the core theme of value maximization and value creation, we ingeniously fuse resource competence theory, transaction cost theory and competitive strategic theory together and blaze new trails, constructing value equilibrium theory which has an universally guiding character. In addition, in our studies, we construct a value-based theoretical system of enterprise theory and enterprise strategic theory using logical derivation and function charts analyses. Moreover, we also delve further into the applicability of value equilibrium theory and find that enterprises in reality firmly form a net system in which all kinds of stake-holders pursue the maximum value and value creation on the basis of their own consideration and judgement of value.
