Financial Group: Institutional Innovation, Research, And Regulatory

Recently, with the development of financial deregulation and globalization, the global financial system and structure have changed greatly. Keen competitive pressure and information technology speed up the innovation of the new financial institution, organizations, markets and the dealing instruments. Financial innovation and group operation become the key character of the international financial development.This thesis targets the financial conglomerates as the study object, starts the researching point from institutional innovation, applies the Institutional Economic Theory, Financial Innovation Theory, Information Economic Theory, Financial Supervision Theory and the empirical researching method to the systemic theory investigation and empirical study in the institutional innovation of financial conglomerates and the risk supervision. Meanwhile, this thesis emphasizes the development and supervision of Chinese financial conglomerates, finds out the general rule of Chinese financial institutional innovation and forwards some proposals for the future supervision of Chinese financial groups.
