The theme of financial separated operation and financial conglomerates has been discussed for many years in China, only is discussed in different phases are not the same.Today the trend of financial conglomerates seems to have become inevitable. In the transition period from financial separate operation to financial conglomerates, the focus problem at this stage of the insurance industry is, how to adjust the insurance supervision system to cope with risks and challenges what are brought by insurance participation of financial conglomerates.At present, the way of insurance and banking,security’s cooperation gradually become diversified, the level of cooperation is deepening,and the emergence of a large number of insurance and financial holding companies have been enough to prove the fact of insurance participation of financial conglomerates in our country. Because of the backward of the financial separate supervision, the insurance industry especially the insurance financial holding company’s risks become complex and mixed. This paper uses the NAP to carry out the qualitative analysis of the risks of bancassurance cooperation, the securities and insurance cooperation and the insurance financial holding company, calculating the proportion of various special types of risks. The results show, the biggest risk of bancassurance cooperation is conflict of interest, the second is the supervision system; the major risk of the securities and insurance cooperation is the development of the securities market imperfectly; the biggest threat on the insurance financial holding company is the risks of unfair competition and internal improper business dealings. According to the results of the study, the paper gives the corresponding suggestions and measures.
