The labor market of our country has already been at comprehensive construction and improve stage constantly at present, At this stage, one of the most outstanding problems reflects on labor market is the behavior of discriminating against of employing on the market. Its existence and influence have already produced negative effects to the normal running of the labor market, so it has become very essential and urgent to launch a systematic and deeply study theoretically.The research approach that the thesis adopts embodies in three levels: Regard dialectical materialism of Marxist philosophy and historical materialism as the basic method. Adopt the standard research and the really certificate research as the concrete methods. The thesis use quality as the normal analysis means of the standard research and quantization as the analysis means of the really certificate research in analyzing means and technology. The research technology used in the real example is: Observe law , investigation method of the questionnaire , literature law , case interview law and forum law.Studies have suggested , the characteristics for the way of the workforce arrangement under the traditional system are as flows, the workforce arrangement between town and country presents the state of cutting apart;The workforce's flow has received the great restriction between the areas;High stability exists in the employment in the urban range;only there is single recruitment form in enterprises;The wage systems of enterprises takes on high rigidity and social workforce accept the unified state's allocation and adjust. And the present running of Chinese labor market demonstrates three typical characteristics, these are: bears the enormous supply pressure, more independent demand behavior appears and reflects riper government interference.During analyses from the thesis, in labor market, there exist many kinds of discriminations— employ discrimination against employee's age, appearance, stature and university. According to the severity degree of the discrimination to arrange, the severity degree of appearance discrimination is 94.90%, the severity degree of the stature discrimination is77.40%, the severity degree of age discrimination is 59.23%, the severity degree of the registered permanent residence discrimination is 51.37%, the severity degree of the Women discriminate is 42.50%, the severity degree of the university discrimination is 36.28%. If according the Mean Value Law to analyze, discriminating against the appearance has already reached the serious degree, whereas the severity degree of the university discrimination is not serious, the severity degree of other kinds discriminations are between them.The study also found that the relation between the factors that "the future development of female adaptability, worrying about job content and contingency of job changes", "female inherent capacity is below male" and "the fact that female fertility and most have to take care of family will put impact on the job and increase costs" and "employing female is purely because of mood displeasure " and the actof hiring female is linear;moreover the relationship between each of the factors and the act is weaker and weaker in correct order. The act of whether employers will hire young job-seekers has relation with the factors that "young means less illness, lower medical expenses, and the youngest learn new things faster, they could be shaped easily" and "younger makes one feel happy ".The relevance of the former is stronger than the latter. The two factors that "In order to reduce the expense on long-distance telephone and other expenses" and "we do not like strangers" are of high relevance to the willingness to employ the strangers;the factor that whether the employers "are willing to choose facial ugly job seekers" has significant relevance on the factor that "making the employer psychologically uncomfortable";Whether the employers "are willing to choose the job seekers undersized" has significant relevance on the factor that doing this will "make one feel psychologically uncomfortable";The two factors that "The feeling that a student graduate from a non-elite college is inferior to a student graduate from a campus with brand name in education and learning ability" and " students graduate from famous university will also famous" have high relevance on the act of whether employers will hire students graduate from a non-famous school.On the survey of the employ discrimination behavior, the sex discrimination behavior survey model, the age discrimination behavior survey model, the registered permanent address discrimination behavior survey model and the university discrimination behavior survey model had been established in turn. The connotation of each model is that: point out which factors influence the employment discrimination behavior, throw out each kind of factor influence. It can accurately judge the actual existence degree of the employment discrimination behavior, when knew the employer' attitude to each kind of influence factor.The paper considers that the factors that influence the employer's discrimination behavior are complex and extensive. And at least the social factors, the economical factors and psychological factors are the most rooted causes .The conclusion is that there is sexual discrimination and domicile discrimination because that first of all, the concept of prejudice and the noble and humble hierarchy are the root causes, and secondly, the reality reinforcing the concept of inherent bias and ideas are the direct causes. The discrimination of persons' appearances and figures and traditional physiognomy trick are not to be ignored also .In addition, the new modern concept of appearance also has a tremendous impact on the discrimination behavior. From the angle of enterprises' rational economical choices, the concepts of cost saving, performance priority and the statistical method of information asymmetry have the influences on the gender discrimination and domicile discrimination in the aspect of economic factors. From the angle of economical behavior, beauty preference effect, emulate effect and self-show effect mainly contribute to the discrimination behavior aspect of psychology.The research results indicate that employers are the biggest beneficiaries of discrimination, although which has brought harm to them. For providers, discrimination increase the search costs, lower the labor force participation rate, impede the normal flow of labor, weaken the competitiveness of strong labor groupsand combat the enthusiasm of human capital investment of vulnerable labor groups.Looking at the operation of the labor market, the discrimination will increase the occupational segregation and distort the market price. Therefore, employment discrimination mostly do harm to the most vulnerable members who are providers, and lead to the lower level of aggregate social welfare.
