Study On Sustainable Development Problems Of China's Central And Western Regional Economy

The regional economy difference is a universality question in the economic evolution of countries all over the world. Research about the regional economy development problem has all been one of the key problems of the regional economics research all the time. No matter abroad or at home, about regional economic development, especially the research of economic development of low developed area is very active. Of our country east Midwest regional economy disparity too big, lasting disequilibrium for a long time develop and not merely cause the pressure to government and finance, caused such disequilibrium of development as education, culture, legal construction, etc. among the areas at the same time, it is insufficient to cause the stamina of low developed area development, has formed socio-economic development and vicious circle of the ecological environment. This thesis further investigates and probes into way and way of regional economy sustainable development of the Midwest, in order to quicken the development of regional economy of the Midwest, narrow regional disparity, solve regional disparity widen various kinds of economy and social concern that might appear further, this is purpose that a thesis is studied too.The thesis is made up of six chapters including introduction. Introduction explained purpose, meaning and research approach, content system, technological route of the thesis selected title, etc. The second chapter is the international comparison of late-developing regions. Regard comparative economics as theory foundation, the second chapter studies the experience and lesson of the late-developing regions of developed countries such U.S.A., Japan, etc. and the enlightenment to our country Midwest regions of American development of western regions and Japanese emergent economic development after war. The third chapter expounds the fact emphatically the development of resources is prerequisite and foundation of regional economic development of the Midwest, and indicates that choosing the economic development strategy of leading type of resource is realisticchoices of regional economic development of the Midwest to regard agricultural resource as the breakthrough point of regional development and starting point. The fourth chapter expounds the importance that is regional economic development of the Midwest is relied on after describing characteristic agriculture in terms of resource comparative advantage. On the basis of developing agricultural resources, the fourth chapter analyses the ecological and social base of regional economic development of the Midwest from the angle of social development and ecological benefits. But only there are development of the agricultural resource and development of agriculture that is far from enough, the fifth chapter indicates that under the open economy condition, enterprise cluster is the motive power of regional economy sustainable development of the Midwest. This chapter has carried on systematic research to this from two respects of the theory survey and real example. The sixth chapter is a conclusion part of this thesis. On the basis of analysing and researching in the above every chapter, the sixth chapter proposes the strategic choice of regional economy sustainable development of the Midwest, namely unify agricultural Industrialization, rural industrialization, rural urbanization and peasants are more educated among rural modernization, and promote the sustainable development of the regional economy of the Midwest together.Together with the standard analysis and real example, the thesis explained direction orientating and strategic choice of promoting regional economy sustainable development of the Midwest from a brand-new angle system.
