Since last century middle period of the 1990s,along with agricultural production from resource restrain stage to market and resource two-way restrain stage,market provided rare chances to agriculture,meanwhile,expanded more risk to the agricultural product.Generally,there are two special differences between agriculture and others.One is the great influences of the weather conditions.The unstability of nature makes the agricultural production waved.The other,producers react and at the same time lag behind the change of the price,the cycle of agricultural product is long,and it determines that the regulation to agricultural product of law of value lags behind.So under the maket-oriented economics,the agricultural venture doesn't descend any more,but the factors of venture increase.For the development of the agricultural economics and the need of the market-oriented economics,the agricultural industrialization managing has developed greatly.The agricultural idustrialization managing is another creature of Chinese country.Its nature is that the poly-units in agricultural market-oriented ecomomies unites into an intergration of profits,connected with contacts,turning the potential interests into fact by "sharing the venture and benefits totally ".Theories and practices have obviously proved that agricultural industrialization managing has accelerated the steps of the agricultural market mechanism,advanced the turns of the agricultural construction,promoted the spcialized and scalized management,made progress on agricultural techniques,increased the income of the peasants,avoided the venture greetly.But for the particularity of the agricultural managing,the flaw in agricultural production market,unstandard agricultural industrialization managing orgnization,unbalance information and the lack of prestige of market chief part,lead to the result that the agricultural industrialization managing has not solved the problems in venture but enlarged it in some aspects. Based on the above,we will make further discussion on the venture of the agricultural industrialization managing. The most important outside feature is the series managing including plant,breed,procession and circulation.It's advantageous to disperse all sorts of venture in managing,and enhence the ability of the peasants to restrain venture.But it can not eliminate venture,it only changed it.It means the venture that should　be afforded by single peasant has been afforded by the union.So we must analyse the main factors in specially pointed agricultural industrialization project,the rationalization of contact,the caliber of managers,etc.All above are the questions that must be thought of in the course of the agricultural industrialization. At present,most of the enterprises and peasant households who take part in the agricultural industrializaion managing are in the loose connection.Althongh profit distribution mechanism of "sharing the benefits and venture totally"links the enterprise and peasant householols.But under the condition of commerice economy and market-oriented ecomomy,at any time the link might suffer the market risk due to the change of price,supply and demand.It can stop in the concrete expression that contact between the enterprises and peasant households is lack of restraining mechanism,sometimes even break promise by one side.On one side,the top enterprises are in the absolutely leading position.When the goods are marketable,they can order according to the contact.But when the products are unmarketable,they force the levels and prices down without taking contact into account,even refuse to shift risk.Because peasant households'disperse managing they must obey the enterprise,have no ability to defend their benefits.On the other hand peasants also destroy the contact.When there are too much goods,peasants sell them to the enterprise,but when goods are short,peasants keep them and wait for higher price.No matter they had wrote the contact,they will sell the goods to the enterprise whose price is higher.Then they hurt the benefits of some enterprise. In China,the percentage of per capita resources is small,the rate of agricultural products merchandization is low,while the quantity of peasant household is large,so is the scale of management.Agriculture is changing to merchandise agriculture.In all,our agriculture is limited by productive force standard,management scale and merchandization level.So it's impossible to form a developed and consummate industrialization system.But setting up a developed and consummate industrialization system is the request of our reforming agriculture economic system and setting up modern agriculture.The fifteenth meeting of the Party "Develop actively agricultural industrialization management,form the system of production,machining and selling,accelerate the change to merchandization,specialization,modernization. "We should persist the system based on the fact firmly,popularize scale management suitablely.And on the basis of that,realize regionalization arrangement specialization producation,unify management,socialization service,scientific administery,and realize industrialization step by step. Because of the reasons above,the passage is divided into nine parts to study the problems below: Ⅰ.Related theory of agricultural industrialization managing and the risk of it,mainly introduce the meaning and related problems of agricultural industrilization and the risk of it.Ⅱ.Mainly introduce the ways of agricultural industrilization managing risk estimation,and explain by concrete methods. Ⅲ.Analyse the experiences and enlighten of risk restrain in developed countries. Ⅳ.Analyse the main risk of agricultural industrilization managing(marketing risk) in catalogue and quatization study in different conditions. Ⅴ.Risk restrain of agricultural industrilization managing is a complex problem.So this thesis use a lot of words to analyse the agricultural insurance institution and how to strengthen the effect of the government and some related suggestions.
