The year 2008 witness global financial crisis start to show its effects and put a number of Chinese enterprises into more difficult trade environment. Smart Union Group Limited failed to struggle in this financial tsunami and closed down two toy factories in Dongguan,Guangdong province which were the leading toy enterprises in local toy industrial cluster; the Hejun's two subsidiary which were the focal enterprises in Dongguan toy industry cluster had quit. It's maybe serious impact on the other enterprises and the sustainable development of the cluster. With the continuing debt crisis in Europe, Jiangnan, Boteman and Sanqi enterprises had been collapse, which led to the Wenzhou's SME in trouble. Their bankrupt dealt a heavy blow to the correlative enterprises along with threatening on the local cluster's sustainable development. Enterprises cluster can bring out resource conformity and also acknowledged as generating negative affection such as production fastness, financial and credit crisis as well as halt or recession in technology chain,which can result in the obturation and rigidity amid cluster system, thus bringing about the loss of overall competitiveness. Cluster risk,which act as the the growing influence on regional economy, has attracted more attentions of researchers.But,it is has the promble:firstly, it is ignored the mechanism of the clusters risk conduction and diffusion. Secondly, because of the complexity of the relationship, the research has hardly clear to the logic of cluster's conduction and diffusion. Third, it is diffcult from a quantitative view to analysis of the structure evolution.With the problems of cluster risk, this disertation is base on the focal enterprise, fallow the self-organization perspective to analysis of the focal enterprise ability and network structure, and used the complex network theory and system simulation to analysis the future development path of cluster risk, which provides a micro-analysis framework.According to synergetic theory and exploratory case study design, this disertation analysis the three sample of clusters, research a sample of 167 large companies, use of SEM to verify the theory proposed, use of Netlogo simulation the three clusters experimental model to test the theory proposed. This empirical study has some innovative and pioneering.Through theoretical and empirical analysis, four main conclusions are found in the study:(1) Cluster risk self-organization is an internal process of evolution, staged by focal enterprise, network capacity,and network structure; On the process of hierarchical, nonlinear and cooperative evolution, the risk staged-break the equilibrium of cluster and make cluster risk in self-organization featured intermittent and non-balanced characteristic.(2) the disertation build the relation between network capability,network structure and cluster risk self-organization in focal enterprises, finding:focal enterprisis network capacity and properties of the network structure have the significant positive relationship. However, the relation between netork structure and cluster risk robust is not simply positive or negative,but presents in dialectical way.(3) By creating cluster structure model in simulation method, we portrait cluster structure evolution processes based on two risk types.The preliminary results indicate that: 1. Evolution processes and results differ significantly confronting different exogenous risks and endogenous risks, which lead to different risk robust; 2. Subject to exogenous risks, the distribution of risk robust is:Center-satellite Cluster> Integrate-based Cluster> Market-based Cluster; 3. Subject to endogenous risk, the distribution of risk robust is:Market-based Cluster> Integrate-based Cluster> Center-satellite Cluster.(4) According to economics model and exploratory case study design, we analyze the above three samples of clusters and make conclusions that under exogenous risks enterprise who take the lead to entrepreneurship turns out to be focal, and the other firms have to choose to follow, which will cause enterprise-level upgrade and cluster-level restructure.Overall, based on the relevant research, four major progress are achieved in this study: (1)Form self-organization perspective, we proposed a theory framework of cluster conduce and diffuse and clarify the internal mechanism. (2) From the focal enterprisis network capacity and properties of the network to analysis the complex network of relationships, we clarify the logic relationship. (3)From the perspective of the dynamic evolution of network structure to simulate the evolution of cluster, we deepening the cluster conduce and diffuse mechanism.(4) According to entrepreneurship theory, this disertation shows the cluster cross-level upgrade, it has the good sense of cluster upgrade management.
