Study On Evaluation Indicator And Method Of Rural Energy System

Energy is the material basis of human survival and the driving force of the development of human society. With people's demand for various types of energy increasing, energy supply and demand has become the focus issue concerned by the international academic community and national governments. Energy evaluation which is also a hot research of academia in terms of energy problems, involved many aspects, such as economy, society, politics, environment, science and technology. Hence, experts and scholars from different areas and different disciplines have done some research on it from various perspectives.Rural energy evaluation is a very serious problem among developing countries, which attracts more attention as an important area of research. There are a lot of researches on china's rural energy evaluation, but the research on the evaluation system and quantitative methods is still lacking. At present, China is in the stage of rapid industrialization and urbanization. With the improvement of farmers'living standards and acceleration of the urbanization process, farmers'demand for high-grade energy continues to increase, the development trends of commercialization, diversification, cleansing, security and high quality become increasingly evident. Therefore, rural energy evaluation from the integrated perspective has become the focus attention.Rural energy system is huge and complex, and has a variety of properties with multiple sides, assessment work of rural energy is facing many problems. Through access to a lot of literatures and related research results, it can be found that existing evaluations on rural energy research are comparative single object, study areas are comparative microscopic, research-level is simple, evaluation content is not comprehensive or systematic enough. From the logic of life, this paper takes systems analysis as a basic means to study the evaluation of rural energy. As rural energy indicator system for the goal-oriented and as energy system a starting point, based on the perspective of all aspects of rural energy systems analysis, this paper summarizes and researches the properties of rural energy system. The framework of indicator system is designed in accordance with its property characteristics. Based on the combing of rural energy literature and in contrast to the existing results, evaluation indicator system of rural energy is constructed. Besides, the study provides specific data acquisition and quantitative methods for each indicator. Finally, combined with field surveys on the availability of rural energy indicator system, the paper provides a partial explanation and supporting. Summary of main contents are as follows:(1) The basic concepts of energy system and analysis of its structure characteristics.Systems analysis emphasizes the integrity. So understanding energy systems is the basic work for evaluating rural energy systems. In this part, the energy system and its related concepts are analyzed and supplemented. Then, from the perspective of its association with national economy and human development, the paper excavates the internal logic relationship between energy system and the economy, environment and society, and sort out the characteristics of the energy system. Take material and energy flows of energy development and utilization as the main line, proposes four energy framework. Finally, it concludes) the necessity of evaluation on energy systems, existing energy systems evaluation content and general issues of energy system evaluation.(2) Analysis of rural energy systems.Rural energy system is a subsystem of energy systems. In addition to the commonality of energy system, it also has some unique characteristics of its own. This part analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and structure of rural energy system, and refines "general properties, availability property, economy property, environment property, alternative property, security property, social property" of rural energy system. Hereby rural energy system is classified originality.(3) Evaluation on rural energy system and construction of evaluation indicator system.Construction of rural energy systems is a large and complex project. Based on the existing results, taking into account the needs of life, economic development and ecological protection in many aspects, this part put forward the idea and overall framework of rural energy system and analyzed the relevant content comprehensively and deeply. After screening and refining, an indicator system of rural energy system assessment is constructe and formed 114 indicators.(4) Study of indicator data acquisition and quantitative methods.Data authenticity, reliability and representativeness are important for the accuracy of the evaluation results. Through combing a lot of results and positive innovation attempt, this part gives way of data acquisition and quantitative methods of each indicator. It has some theoretical and practical value for the case evaluation study on the regional and national scale.(5) Local empirical analysis of indicator system.This paper takes An-ding district of Dingxi city as a case study, evaluates the availability subject, trying to get the revelatory conclusion. This part is meaningful to optimize energy structure of the local rural area and protect ecological environment and provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for breaking the constraints bottleneck of local energy resources use and development.(6) Research summary and outlook.In this part, the main conclusions are drawn on evaluation of rural energy system. For the lack of research and the place needs to be strengthened, the paper take them as a future in-depth exploration and research directions.In brief, this study builds a basic framework to evaluate rural energy system, constructs evaluation indicator of rural energy system and proposes interpretation and calculation methods to new indicators. The indicator system is constructed with both inherited and innovation in order to initiate. This study provides the reference guide for theory perfect of china's rural energy evaluation. In practice, it is also meaningful to relieve energy shortage of rural household, protect the ecological environment in rural areas, and improve farmer's living standards.
