With the vicarious management system(VMS) being performed ulteriorly in China, there isan obviously contradiction between the low status of the vicarious management performance(VMP) level generally and the extensive requirement of the vicarious management business, sothe VMP should to be improved at once. The dissertation attempts to introduce the knowledgemanagement and organizational learning theory to research the problem of VMP improvementfrom the angle of vicarious management corporation (VMC).Through the theory analysis about the VMS and vicarious management model(VMM), thedissertation defines the concept and connotation of VMP, measures and analyzes the currentstatus of VMP through the literature research and questionnaire survey about many VMCs inChina, and identifies and defines the main effect factors about the VMP through anotherquestionnaire survey, then puts forward the idea and angle to improve the VMP.The dissertation defines the meaning of the variables, such as the knowledge management,organizational learning, project management core competence and VMP of the VMC, andempolders the relevant measurement scales on the basis of previous research results, and putsforward the relationship hypothesis about the VMP improvement factors and the VMP throughliterature research and basic theoretical analysis, then sets up the improvement mechanismtheory model to improve the VMP through the knowledge management, organizational learningand project management core competence.According to the empirical research steps and methods, the dissertation empolders themeasurement tool about empirical research, compiles the questionnaire, and actualizes aquestionnaire survey about65vicarious management projects distributing9provinces and citiesin China, such as Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Shanxi, Tianjin, Liaoning, Hainan, Guangdong,Fujian, then has the descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlationanalysis and data normality test to the collected data using the SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0statistical analysis software, and inspects, operates, and modifes the initial structural equationmodel about the VMP improvement using AMOS7.0software, and receives the optimal model,and then validates the theoretical hypotheses and clarifies the improvement mechanism andeffect path improving the VMP through the knowledge management, organizational learning andproject management core competence according to the initial model and optimal model,whereafter analyzes and discusses the demonstration research results.Based on the theoretical analysis about the basic principles, methods and steps ofimplementation of system dynamics, the thesis discusses the dynamic characteristic of the VMP improvement system, analyzes the causality of the VMP improvement system, constructs the SDmodel of the VMP improvement system, describes and codes the variables in the SD model, thencompiles the SD equations of VMP improvement system, actualizes SD simulation about theimprovement effect of VMP using VENSIM PLE software, and discusses the simulation results.This dissertation brings forward the measures to actualize the VMP improvement from threeaspects. Firstly, contraposing the problem about how to enhance the knowledge managementlevel of the VMC, according to work characteristics and actual needs of the VMC, using thetheory of knowledge management, the dissertation divides the knowledge system of VMC, andestablishes knowledge management system, including the knowledge management activitysystem, knowledge management organization system and knowledge management informationsystem, and establishes the evaluation indexes system, evaluation model based on fuzzycomprehensive evaluation and the implementation methods about the knowledge managementperformance of VMC. Secondly, contraposing the problem about how to improve theorganizational learning capability of VMC, using the theories of organizational learning andlearning organization, the dissertation puts forward the method founding the learningorganization based on the "rocket" mode and the organizational learning means and ways inVMC, then discusses and analyzes the barriers and disposal countermeasures about theorganizational learning in VMC. Thirdly, contraposing the problem about how to enhance theproject management core competencies of VMC, according to the theory of core competence, thedissertation establishes the project management core competence evaluation indexes system, andputs forward the measures cultivating and promoting the project management core competenceof VMC. Finally, the dissertation brings forward the framework to actualize the VMPimprovement.
