Study On Optimization Of Industrial Structure Of Inner Mongolia

Based on the conclusion of experiences and lessons of economy construction and development during the 60 years of founding and 30 years of reform and opening policy, the Fifth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China designed a plan for the"12th 5-year plan"and future long-term development strategy for 10-30 years and proposed that our principal direction for accelerate transform economic growth approach should be focused on economic structure adjustment. Actually, as an important part of economic structure, industrial structure issue has long been paid attention to by the government and many scholars. Industrial structure optimization study, as a subject worldwide, since 1980s, has been given numerous effective probe and research by Chinese experts.Firstly, this paper concluded relative papers home and abroad, summarized industrial structure theory into four basic theories, concluded present study method and model and analyzed defectiveness of traditional theories. Then, by statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the paper analyzed the history, present situation and problems of industrial structure of Inner Mongolia and environmental factors and challenges faced when optimizing and adjusting.Then, based on such work and study on approaches of experts home and abroad, this paper construed a model of multi-objective random optimization and model of system dynamics and made an empirical analysis on optimizing industrial structure of Inner Mongolia. Also it contrasted and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of two models. Combined with simulation result, this paper made a scenario of optimization of industrial structure in Inner Mongolia.Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper proposed the principles and methods for optimizing the industrial structure in Inner Mongolia and suggestions boosting such optimization.
