Retrospect the appearance and development of the corporate system, we can find the creation of joint-stock system is one of the most important steps as for the development of the corporate system, in another words, which introduce a new field for the development of corporate system. The Listed company of China start booming up in latest years, from over 1,000 listed companies in China, which demonstrate three different status, most of them are getting better and better in a health way; another part of them under the difficult situation in the wrong direction, few of them even de-listed; the last part of them under sub healthy unsteadiness situation. There is the similar situation in foreign countries. What is the reason for it? Which attracts national academic community to have an intense interest for that. They commence the discussion over the relationship of Corporate Strategy, Company Performance, Strategic Factors and Strategic Performance. There are differences Theories and analysis approach derive from those discussion. Some focus on the Strategy, some emphasis on the company performance and its evaluation, some concern the relationship of one factor with one index. To sum up, there are different emphases and evaluation way, which lead to different conclusion.To integrate different theories that indicate the characteristics of this article, which introduce the strategic factors hierarchy model from analyzing and defining over 100 strategic factors. It applies AHP to ensure the weighting from 20 relative important factors, finally confirmed 12 key factors. It develops the evaluation indicator system from analyzing and defining 32 indicators of strategic factors. It confirmed 4 key performance indicators through weighting 8 relative factors. With the application of Cluster analysis and 4 key performance indicators, we evaluate and classify over 130 listed companies which belong to F&B and IT industry. Based on the above, with the application of MANOVA and CA, we valuate and estimate the results and relation of 12 strategic factors and strategic performance to come up with the suggestion that will improve company performance and the strategic factors which will strengthen the listed company.The article based on the analysis of theories, with the application of qualitative theory and quantitative theory, combining experience of listed company come to its substance– the determinant of relationship between strategic factors and strategic performance of listed companies.
