| The tourism resources group is one kind of resources cluster that occupy certain geography space, compared with monomer tourism resource, which has more effect of tourism development. There are different kinds of interaction formation, interaction development among the regional tourism resources groups that is called spatial effect. The called spatial effect does not reflects the spatial structure of the regional tourism resources, but also restricts space pattern evolution of regional tourism development. Based on researches of the regional spatial effect, integrated tourism development can optimize the regional spatial tourism effect, and overcomes many negative factors that restricts regional tourism development, and make regional tourism develop efficiently and effectively. So, the research of spatial tourism effect and its integrated tourism development of regional tourism resources cluster have the profound significance in promoting the regional tourism competition and the fast, healthy and sustained development of regional tourism.With high rank, geological tourism resources of Western Hunan are very rich, which have good tourism value. There are three main kinds of geological tourism resources such as Silicarenite, Karst and Danxia, their representatives are Wuling Silicarenite geological tourism resources cluster, Hongshilin Karst geological tourism resources cluster and Wanfo Danxia geological tourism resources cluster respectively. Among these geological tourism resources clusters, it has the characteristics of spatial closeness, similarities and differences in tourism resources, which lead to complex spatial tourism effect in its tourism development. The insight and optimization of tourism effect in tourism development of geological tourism resources in Western Hunan are the important ways and methods to promote the spanning and sustainable tourism development.The author takes the geological tourism resources clusters in Western Hunan as a case to study on the regional tourism resources structure, spatial tourism effect, space pattern evolution laws of tourism development on the base of spatial tourism effect, regional integrated tourism development strategies and regional integrated tourism development pattern. Main conclusions as following: (1) The spatial effect of regional tourism development not only reflects the spatial structure of tourism resources clusters, but also restricts the spatial pattern evolution, development efficiency and competition of regional tourism. The researches of the spatial effect in tourism development of regional tourism resources clusters can promote us to understand spatial structure of tourism resources clusters from deep level and the spatial pattern evolution of tourism development, and optimize disposing the tourism development factors in the region, and make tourism development strategies correctly.(2) The researches of spatial effect in regional tourism development are the base of the regional integrated tourism development, and the regional integrated tourism development is the spatial effect optimization in regional tourism development. The researches of the spatial effect in tourism development of regional tourism resources clusters can promote us to understand spatial structure of tourism resources clusters, recognize the spatial function relations among regional tourism destinations and space pattern evolution mechanism, which is the important base that tourism managers make reasonable regional tourism development strategies and integrated tourism development pattern.(3) There are four main kinds of spatial effect in tourism development of geological tourism resources clusters in Western Hunan. In Western Hunan, the index of the tourists gathering, tourism position business, Herfindahl and regional Gini's coefficient indicates that the regional accumulative effect is big, but in the recent years the accumulative effect has the tendency of slowing down. Wulingyuan tourism resources cluster has the strong substitution effect of Hongshilin resources cluster and Wnfoshan resources cluster, and the substitution effect between Hongshilin and Wanfoshan belongs to middle level. The tourism economy overflowing index between resources clusters presents the negative number in the long period, but the economy overflowing index and the overflowing level grow very quickly actually. These results indicate that tourism development momentum is good in Western Hunan, and the regional tourism cooperation has the result initially.(4) The evolution of spatial tourism development pattern of tourism resources clusters in Western Hunan is the results of spatial effect in tourism development, which has certain laws. The regional tourism development is the process from balance to imbalance, from imbalance to balance, and the balance is the most perfect condition of regional tourism development. The tourism polarization and the proliferation are the basic ways that the spatial pattern of regional tourism development evolves, the basic prompt of which is the advantage changes of tourism competition, the prime motors of which are the strongness and weakness changes of regional spatial tourism resources interactions, and the important power of which is the changes of tourism supply and demand. The balance conditions of symbiosis formation are that regional tourism symbiosis unit achieves the compatible nature parameter condition in the geological tourism resources clusters of Western Hunan, sufficient symbiosis energy is prompted to produce, and reasonable tourism symbiosis surfaces are constructed and selected.(5)The reasonable strategies is the base of integrated tourism development of geological tourism resources clusters in Western Hunan. It is the key to make and carry on correct development strategies that managers analyze "six expression" such as government prospect, community prospect, market prospect, physical conditions, management condition, best benefit and SWOT factors of integrated development and strategic intensity, construct the strategies such as sustainable development, government-led development, variation and region tourism innovation. It is the dynamical equilibrium management of strategies that make the integrated tourism development strategies conformity with the changes of environment and internal conditions.(6) The integrated tourism development pattern of geological tourism resources clusters in Western Hunan should be ways to enhance regional tourism development efficiency, tourism competition, and prompt regional tourism to develop fast, healthily and sustainably. The pattern of spatial integrated tourism development can make regional tourism development achieve "the resource sharing, the potential superimposition", and has the overall superiority and the comprehensive superiority; The integration of tourism product may not only make regional tourism display the superiority of tourism resources, but also highlight the characteristics of tourism resources through constructing flexible, personalized, multi-type and multi-level tourism product; The integration and regulation of tourism destination life cycle can make the healthy and sustainable evolution of regional tourism destination life cycle; The integration of tourism image can highlight regional tourism image; The integration of tourism marketing can enhance regional tourism marketing efficiency, and make it obtain good tourism economic benefit. |
