On the basis of the concept of need and stakeholder theory this dissertation takes a trial to construct a new visual angle from systematic needs for strategic management, which aimes to broaden the field of vision by integrating both marketable and untradeable needs, and spread a span of vision through combining princples of social dementions with princinples of economic dementions. Under such a persperctive the existed strategies to meet corporate stakeholders, such as ES, CS, CSR etc., are modified into a unique pattern to coordinately meet multiple stakeholders with a core of "needs system and its evolution".In the mentioned above pattern the characteristics and levels of needs firstly are expounded as important driving force of corporate development. Sencondly system and evolution of several selected stakeholders are discussed. Thirdly, strategies and their reformations of satisfaction are brought forward. Finally, adapting to the radical trends toward to human-centered management, the present strategies to separately meet unilateral stakeholders are reformed into strategies to meet systematic needs of the key stakeholders. The establishment of the pattern promotes development of thinking on strategic theories. The limited research demonstrates that value creation of corporation is mainly determinated by degree of stakeholder satisfaction, and therefore affacting potentional advantages for market compitition. Meanwhile, not only satisfaction of an isolated stakeholder has effects on corporate performance, but also synergy of multilateral stakeholders has influence on. So emphasis should be put on synergy and evolution of stakeholders needs in corporate strategy management. Depending on utility of some selescted methods of decision-making and evaluation a symbolic pattern of satisfaction strategies are described in four procedures:identifying systematic needs—iscrimination of evolutionary levels and primary needs-measurement of degrees of satisfaction and synergy—ecision of satisfaction strategy of stakeholders (related to the path, extent and sequence of satisfaction). The strategic pattern composed of the four procedures contains princinples of satisfaction, basic approches of meeing needs (hiberarchy, ladderlike, coordinated), as well as types of matching strategies of meeting leading needs and circumstances and their various forms. Generally, this study has given a conceptual framwork available to analyze impacts on corporate performance and introduced a logic platform to improve corporate performance in strategy. Conclusions and prospects of the study are presented in the last part. It also points out this research's meaning in practice and theory as well as the limitations and future researches.
