The Cross-cultural Management came into being as the development of the trans-cultural business. Under the background of economic integration, business globalization and information networking, how to overcome the conflicts among heterogeneous cultures and how to improve the management performance in the Cross-cultural environment has become the key point of the Cross-cultural Management.Along with the rapid development of the economic globalization, Cross-cultural exchanges have become a trend and enterprise management has been faced up with flinty challenges. This article pointed out that under the background of the transnational management strategy, the Cross-cultural Management inside domestic enterprises has become more and more important. The Cross-cultural Management problems emerged frequently in the process of the reorganization and merger of the large-scaled enterprises and groups. So the Cross-cultural Management applies itself to solving the Cross-cultural conflicts efficiently and eliminating the cross-cultural obstacles in order to gain understanding, communicating, corresponding and amalgamation among different cultures. It has become more and more important to gain the understanding of the counterpart's culture and bringing about some elements that may affect the negotiation and worth considering from the angle of culture during the commercial negotiation inside our group. During the process of reorganization and merger, the cultural reorganization is a key point issue and the most important problem to solve is to eliminating the culture obstacle. This article firstly points out that:the Cross-cultural Management inside the group is a management process which applies itself to carrying out the replanting, inoculating and adjusting of different cultures of the subsidiaries with various cultural backgrounds in order to gain cultural amalgamation among the parent company and its subsidiaries and build a common cultural background.The cultural conflicts existed objectively. During the process of building an effective model of Cross-cultural Management, culture risk and obstacle may emerge if the cultural conflict has not been dealt with properly and affect the management performance. On the base of analyzing the cultural differences in Cross-cultural Management of group, this article summarized the general principles, cultural modality and organizational structure of the Cross-cultural Management. And also introduced "5I" Management Model in a creative way:Independent model, Infiltration model, Isomorphism model, Integration model and innovation model.Evaluating the group's Cross-cultural Management performance with the way of building a fuzzy evaluating model with the usage of fuzzy math is introduced in this article. And five evaluating elements are introduced in a creative way in this article, which are:tolerance of heterogeneous cultures, identity of values, amalgamation of various cultures, privities among parent company and its subsidiaries as well as satisfaction among common cultures.Faced with the increasingly fierce challenges, the important key issue which striving for urgent settlement during the process of the capital management and merge inside ShenHua group is the combination of different cultures. The Cross-culture Management model which adapting to the internationalization strategy of ShenHua Group is firstly introduced in this article and a new model of building common cultural identity focusing on honesty culture, executing culture and innovation culture has been brought out.
