Facing at the external environment of high uncertainty and uncontrollability, the enterprise requires a new strategic management thinking and model. Under the new environment, it is required that we consider the growth of enterprise as its evolution and development, consider the strategy from the adaptive and systematic perspective, and give the strategic theory a new meaning to help enterprises adapt to an increasingly complex environment. An enterprise with a strategy mechanism is sure to be highly sensitive to environmental change and make the right responses. Adaptive enterprise, through strategic coordination mechanism, coordinates power element, external and internal monitoring element, transferring element, conversion element, core element, the discrimination element of dissipative structure, self-replicating element to realize its function, which seems as human body, so that the enterprise can keep self-organizing and self-adaptively. The research of paper deepens the level of strategic theory, expanding the connotation and denotation of the strategic theory, and increases the practice of the complexity science applied in strategy, which will provide theoretical guidance for businesses to adapt to the environment. The following contributions have been made in this dissertation:The first part, the thesis defines the meaning, nature and pattern of the adaptive enterprise and adaptive enterprise strategy, fundamentally identifies the object and purpose of thesis, limited clearly the assumptions and premises. On these bases, I propose that adaptive enterprise strategy is a complex system, as all other systems, including the boundary elements, dynamic elements, transmission elements, transition elements, the core element, generating elements and self-replicating elements. Correspondingly, the system of corporate strategy includes internal and external monitoring element, power element, transfer element, conversion element, decision-making element, dissipative structures judgment element and self-replicating element and so on.Based on analysis of strategy system structure, function and features, the thesis proposes that enterprises require the systematic synergies of the various elements to maintain a high degree of flexibility to adapt to the environment, and proposes cooperative mechanism of adaptive corporate strategy.The second part, the thesis does research on the front-end mechanism of the adaptive enterprise strategy, which is the foundation of the coordinated mechanism into the core part, including internal and external monitoring sub-system and transmission sub-system. I firstly analyze internal and external environment and the environment and various kinds incentive, establish the internal and external monitoring evaluation index system for receiving, processing and management. Then, I do research on the construction of the transmission sub-mechanism from five aspects including transmission institutions, transmission channels, transmission means, transmission regime, and the environment.The third part, the thesis studies the important core sub-system of the adaptive enterprise strategy coordination mechanism, including power sub-system, switching sub-system and decision-making sub-system. The thesis supposes that a certain extent between enterprise evolution ability and enterpeises species evolution ability leads the enterprise to be far from equilibrium, is power of adaptive enterprise strategy. Thesis think that on the premise of be far from equilibrium, in order to guide the enterprise system from the chaotic disorder to reach higher layer order, we need to find the controlling factors of system which play a decisive role, and status factors from the chaotic state, which are respectively controlling variables and order parameters. Based on the above analysis, we propose the meaning and functions of conversion mechanism, do deep research on the system order parameter, the controlling variable and its method of determining its critical point. In order to reach the controlling variable's critical point, the decision-making mechanism is needed, which is concluding internal change decision-making based on Genetic Algorithm and external choose decision-making based on Inframarginal Analysis.The fourth part, the thesis does study on back part mechanism of the adaptive enterprise strategy collaborative mechanism, including two sub-mechanisms. One is dissipative structure judgment mechanism which is to judge whether the enterprise has enter into a new order state, and the other is self-replicating sub-system to ensure the coordination mechanism to keep self-stable, and constantly recycled, and the evolution. The dissipative structure judgment mechanism is based on Brusselator model. The self-replicating mechanism is through imitation and innovation to achieve it.At last, the thesis supposes the take appropriate Guarantee measures and distribution of resources to ensure the coordination mechanism to operate smoothly. The thesis supposes the premise of the strategic cooperative mechanisms-human resources collaboration, information collaboration and operational processes collaboration, establish the adaptive enterprise focused on strategic collaboration, and puts forwards the Guarantee measures, including strategy implementation, strategic control and so on.
