A Study On Chinese Industrial Agglomeration Competitiveness Based On The Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory

The global economy integration is leading the rapidly change of elements, resources and labor divisions on different levels, and agglomerated together within some special areas, the industry agglomeration had being the brunt part of areas and country's economy development. Under today's international and domestic environment, it would have two deeply meanings on both theory and practice. The Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness mentioned in this article refers to through way of forming district feature integrate competitiveness, refining industrial division, improving companies'complementarily, optimizing industry structure, conforming industrial process, reducing inner waste and debasing bargaining charge and social cost to improve the integrate competitiveness of total industry agglomeration, in order to gain greater income by satisfying the market more effectively than other corporations which are not or not located in the industry agglomeration.This article would analyze and study on the Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness based on the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory, and then build the quantitative analysis model based on qualitative analysis, even verify this article's thinking through validate actual swatches. This article would analyze and define from six parts as following:Firstly, this part will define main conceptions mentioned in this article and briefly summarize and conclude the literatures consulted during the article composition process, then by hackle this article's thinking and frame structure to define the analysis and innovation methods;Secondly, with the target of building up the theory basis of Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness study, this part will analyze some mainly academic views of the Comparative Advantage Theoriy and the Competitive Advantage Theory, then compare the differences of the two kinds of theories when analyzing competitiveness. At last, this part will conclude and compare the current study methods for Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness;Thirdly, based on the presented Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory through the analysis of evolvement route of Comparative Advantage Theory, this part will enrich this theory theoretically by defining some basic meanings and economic connotations, in order to build this theory into the systemic competition analyze method;Fourthly, this part will build the competitiveness analysis frame based on the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory, and then deeply study the integrated comparative advantage sourses of the industry agglomeration by aimed on its characters like its power systems and competitiveness's inner economic mechanism;Fifthly, after fourth parts'analysis, this part will choose the impact factors and establish each index for the competitiveness evaluation, set up the Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness'estimation index system and confirm this system's structure and working principle, then do the quantitative analysis by using mathematics module of combining with the two methods--analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthetic discrimination;Sixthly, this part will choose a Chinese industry agglomeration--Zhongguancun IT Agglomeration--as example to inspect this article's theory analyzis frame and mathematics disposal module by study and analysis after received recent several years'competitiveness relative data, and then supply some countermeasure and suggestion for the benign development of an industrial agglomeration and accelerate the harmonious development on district's economic. At the ending of this part, spreading to the whole country's industry policy from the district economic, together with our country's industry agglomeration situation and government's policy leading, this article will provide some reasonable and feasible suggestions and advices to our country and local's industry agglomeration policy.Three innovations contained in this article are as following:The first one, by concluding the inference route of Comparative Advantage Theory and hackling the building process of the theory, this article confirmed the intension and basic meaning of the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory;The second one, different from most passed scholars'competitiveness analyzis based on Comparative Advantage Theory or Competitive Advantage Theory, this article studied the Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness based on the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory and built up a new competitiveness estimation index system with the specific confirmation for extraction method of each index's data, and also made an consistency disposal to the statistical data and questionnaire survey;The third one, during the process of quantitative disposal to the index system, this article used both AHP and fuzzy synthetic discrimination methods to build the Industry Agglomeration Competitiveness's evaluate index system, and with such kind of method it could make sure the index weight more veracious and combine comprehensively evaluate'qualitative and quantitative analysis, the exactitude and in-exactitude together. This theory could disposal the data more fleetly and correctly, even could reflect the industry agglomeration's actual status and competitiveness level more impersonal.
