The Chinese Entrepreneurial Firms'history of development is simple but not easy. They have grown very fast, and now lots of them became more and more influential. The entrepreneurship mode of these firms now becomes a serious problem. The mode of Individual entrepreneurship now confronted with the pressure of transformation. Most of these firms tend to put an organizational change into practice in order to realize the target of corporate entrepreneurship. Human Resource Management Practices (HRMP) appears to be a very popular tool in the new situation. HRMP has been recognized a direct, efficient tool which can manage, control, plans, select, and discipline the employees' role behaviors. The primary purpose of this research is to clarify the nature of the Chinese Entrepreneurial Firms'HRMP strategies while they are in the context of organizational change. Considering the Entrepreneurial firms always take autonomous, innovative, risky actions while competing with the rivals. And those behaviors always lead to a cut-throat competition situation. The rivals always take counterattack action and response. The research of Chinese Entrepreneurial Firms'strategy-making of HRMP in organizational change context should consider the competitive dynamic factors involved. Therefore, the research propose a framework for investigating the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation(EO) ,competitive dynamic(A-M-C) and HRMP.I first explore the possible causal relationship between EO, A-M-C and HRMP and identify the key constructs by literature review. Secondly, discover the initial content and dimensions of HRMP in special context by using Ground Theory method (a kind of scientific induction method). Thirdly, explore the theoretical framework of EO, A-M-C and HRMP by using Case Study and Cross-Case Analysis method. Fourthly, achieve a HRMP measuring scale by Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Fifthly, test the model which was inducted by Ground Theory, using two separated one-way MANOVA. Finally, explore the entrepreneurial firms'HRMP strategy patterns in six different context by using correspondence analysis (CA).According to the 3 key problems which have been proposed in the research design, â… draw a conclusion of 3 aspects, then offer 2 kinds of operating suggestions as followed:Conclusionâ… : Entrepreneurial firms often perform 5 kinds of typical HRMP strategies in organizational change context, such as, employee recruitting and selection; compensation and reward; job design and HR plan; performance appraisal; training and development. The measuring scale of HRMP in this context have 5 dimensions and 20 items.Conclusionâ…¡: The HRMP strategies of entrepreneurial firms in organizational change context were effected by orientation(EO) and competitive dynamic(A-M-C) factors.Conclusionâ…¡â… : The difference of HRMP strategies was significant between high, Medium, low EO entrepreneurial firms. And the difference of HRMP strategies was significant between A , A-M, A-M-C competitive dynamic context.Suggestionâ… : Entrepreneurial firms'decision making of HRMP strategies in organizational change context should considered its own EO trait involved. Entrepreneurial firms can measure EO trait of rivals and its own, clarify the EO trait style of its own(high, medium or low).â… f the EO trait is high, firms can take very positive strategies of"employee recruitting and selection"and"job design and HR plan";â… f the EO trait is medium, firms can take very positive strategies of"compensation and reward"and"training and development".â… f the EO trait is low, firms can take very positive strategies of"performance appraisal".Suggestionâ…¡: Entrepreneurial firms'decision making of HRMP strategies in organizational change context should considered rivals'situations involved.
