Under the increasingly fierce market competition, rapid product development becomes as the core competitiveness of enterprises. Service-oriented Computing (SOC) provided a new way to realize rapid analysis in design of the mechanical structure. The thesis proposes a service-oriented rapid analysis mode of mechanical structure (SORAMMS). Among its core content, resource modeling, mapping mechanism, service customization and system reuse are studied in detail. The main research work and contributions include:During study on the evolution of CAE, a method of resource modeling combined object-oriented with service-oriented technology is put forward. Hierarchy based resource are built and modified based on service. The transformation increase abstract level of resource, which makes its easy use in SORAMMS. The analysis resources are built with the help of XML. A multi-object generic algorithm is designed to choose appropriate ones.A mapping mechanism between structural analysis model and service model is proposed to establish Ontology-based multi-dimensional structure of multi-precision analysis model and service model. According to the granularity, the formers form hierarchy based net structure, these two model maps the corresponding the four sub- hierarchy in each.A rapid analysis service customization technology with multi-agent supported is presented. Collaborative Agents were built to coordinate task parallel and data parallel. On the basis of it, a two level parallel distributed strategy is used to realize analysis among mechanical structures with different granularity.On the basis of evolution in structural analysis model, a reusable rapid analysis service is put forward. Reusable analysis resource is built to realize the key technologies on remote analysis service.According to the achievements above, a rapid analysis system focused on automobile and motorcycle industry was developed under the support of key R&D Porject of Zhejiang Province and State Ministry of Science and Technology.
