The chaotic methods weak signal processing is a new field of signal processing, and it is a very important content of modern signal processing. The chaotic methods weak signal processing has wide engineering application such as radar, sonar, weather predicting, land and ocean exploring, seismic and biomedical signal processing etc. The work of restrain noise is the main aspect in signal processing research field, use the traditional high step statistical methods, people have given some satisfied results, but there exist low SNR ubiquity. The problems of weak signal parameters estimate in non-gaussion noise, especially in non-gaussion color noise. The traditional methods have not well satisfied results for these aspect problems, in the complex noise (the correlation and un-correlation multiply or plus noise) or very low SNR background, are not well-solved focus problems.The one of important character of chaotic system is the sensitivity on initial condition and parameters value, if we use the waiting-measured-weak-signal to disturb the non-linear system, which is very sensitive on this signal, it will reflect a very distinctive change. The chaotic measure methods is new signal processing that is completely different with the traditional signal processing methods, it has high measure sensitivity, the outstanding character of this methods is the immunity to any zero-meaning noise, this character indicate that the chaotic measure methods can be used in the weak signal parameters estimate in any zero-meaning noise environments.In this paper, the basic theory of chaotic measure methods signal processing is first introduced. Then, the differential coefficient flow stability and the bifurcate process are analysised, we find that the chaotic system is mainly go through the periodic movement, norm-periodic movement and chaotic state, in the process of evolvements, through the bifurcate destroy the stability. The analysis of the chaotic power spectrum we find that it has non-periodic, continuum and similarity white noise power spectrum. We research the effect of non-gaussion noise on chaotic system; find the results that the non-gaussion noise has no much effect on chaotic system, while the input signal has distinct influence. In this research basement, We mainly research the methods of how to calculate the chaotic criterion of continuous non-linear system, and the parameters estimate methods of any weak signal under the one input signal disturbed non-linear system. These problems are the research hot points in weak signal process fields. The research work of the chaotic measure methods on weak signal process has very important meaning in the development and application of weak signal process research field.
