As we know, the practical systems are very complex. May be, they have many complex characteristics, such as nonlinear, multi-models, strong coupling, infinite dimension, randomicity, uncertainty, and so on. Hybrid system is the abstract form of many practical systems. A switched dynamical system is a class of important hybrid system that comprises a collection of subsystems together with a switching rule that specifies the switching among the subsystems. H~∞ control of switched dynamic system is one of very significant and difficult techniques in research of hybrid system. Practically, the study of switched system has benefited many real word systems, such as power systems and power electronics, automotive control, aircraft and air traffic control, computer disks, network and congestion control, et al. The research work, which is not limited a specific problem, involves many subjects such as systems and control science, computer science, mathematics, physics, operational research and manage science. Because of the great value in theory and practice, various new theories and algorithms have emerged in endlessly. However, generally speaking, there are still many difficulties in practice. Specially, those problems deteriorate due to nonlinear subsystem. The objective of this research was to introduce some familiar methods (LMI, NLMI, Neural Network Control, Backstepping, et al) to resolve the difficulties in the study for H~∞ control of switched dynamic system.The research of the dissertation involves robust H~∞ control of switched linear (nonlinear) system, tracking stabilization and neural network H~∞ control of switched nonlinear system, tracking stabilization and neural network H~∞ control of nonlinearly switched impulsive system, tracking stabilization of time-delay switched nonlinear system.The principal research work and novelties are listed as follows:1. "Bounded Real Lemma" of switched dynamic system, Backstepping control method and neural network control method are presented. Those processing generalize the results of H~∞ control for linear and nonlinear system to one of switched dynamic system.2. A design method of feedback controller and switching rule that make switched linear system to be switched H~∞ state feedback (dynamic output feedback) stable is proposed. Under that the sum of the energy attenuation domain for all subsystem cover with state space, the controller and switching rule can be, by extending dimension of matrix, obtained via solving the corresponding linear matrix inequality. As a result, the above designing process isn't depended on that straight channels matrix is or not row full. That is to say, the nonsingularity of every subsystem is moved.
