Japanese B encephalitis is caused by the Japanese B encephalitis virus. A patient, who is infected by the Japanese B encephalitis virus would not cure easily, and even die. Japanese B encephalitis epidemic situation can be prevented if only the diffusive route is cut off by some means, such as cleaning dead angle and seeper; dredging cloacae. However, the most effective preventive measure is to enhance immunity of human. A fetus will have ectrogeny rubella syndrome if he is infected by rubella virus, which could cause manifold macrocephalia that includes cardiac muscle mangle, encephalitis and hypertension, and the like after a fetus is born. Thus, it is important for human beings to inoculate against both Japanese B encephalitis and rubella vaccine, and the two units will effect inoculation.There are, for instance, some methods to determine the concentration of Japanese B encephalitis vaccine and rubella vaccine, such as the plaque forming unit, the cell culture infectious dose, the animal testing. The four methods mentioned above are semiquantitative analyses for the determination of these vaccines, and exhibit the drawback of low sensitivity, longtime, high cost, the complex of operating steps, and sometimes it will result with subjectivity of operator. Thus, it is important to develop simple, selective, fast, sensitive and cheap methods for the determination of both Japanese B encephalitis vaccine and rubella vaccine.Immunosensors, based on conventional immunoassay techniques that are characterized by the features as simple, sensitive, and direct detection techniques and reductions in size, cost and time of analysis, impulse the application and development on conventional immunoassay techniques in food industry, environmental monitoring, biotechnology, pharmaceutical chemistry...
