SAR Data Compression Technology Basis Model And Realization Researching

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) has activated great effect in military and civilianizing from her birthday, she has been applied in everywhere because she has been activated in any weather, 24 hours and all space. Recently ten years, imaging technology has been great improved along with the science technology developing. Not only are the imaging fashions variety, high-distinguish and agilely, but also has the SAR imaging processing and data compression been developed too. The application region of SAR has been extended to everywhere with the characters.Large numbers of SAR raw data will be made during the SAR system working. Especially when we require wide imaging region and high distinguish, large number of raw data will be produced. The raw data are processed on the space-borne, not only augment the payload and augment the equipment complexity of this method, but also will hold a lot of working time and reduce the exploring information, these disadvantage will reduce the SAR's capability. Along with the science technology developing, data compression has been continually upgraded. If data compression is applied in SAR, these questions which are described front will be solved.In this paper, we analyze SAR imaging principle, the raw data and the echo model.
