With the characteristics of the radar system such as all-weather, round-the-clock, precision ranging and abundant information on target, the radar systems are needed more and more in warfare, economy and scientific survey. In the development of radar techniques, there are not only increasing requirements for its capability of resolution, power, etc., but also more demand for the viability of the radar system. The space distributed radar system, which break through the conventional monostatic mode, is developed recently, and can greatly enhance the viability of the radar. The transmitter and receiver of the new system are not equipped together, but on multi-boards. Take the bistatic (multistatic) airborne SAR system and the distributed satellite SAR system as the example, for Synthetic Aperture Radar, they have flexible baseline combination and construction, and can wok in various modes. Due to the transmitter and the receiver are separated in space, they can acquire the different back-scatter as conventional monostatic SAR, and therefore, it can have obvious improvement in target classification and recognition. In this dissertation, the space distributed SAR configuration, which breaks through the conventional monostatic mode, is called by a joint name distributed SAR system. The Space-Aero SAR mode is proposed, and the conception of distributed SAR system is completed. Some key problems and working mode of the distributed SAR system are analyzed, in mainly several parts listed below:1. Attitude and orbit determination of distributed SAR system are studied, as well as their importance and particularity in the system. Ambiguity resolution with constraint information is proposed, which shows remarkable improvement in the attitude measurement base on GPS.2. The virtual baseline of the distributed SAR system is studied, and the difference between the distributed SAR and the conventional monostatic SAR which is the existence of baseline, is pointed out. Take the distributed satellite SAR as...
