Ultraviolet technology of detecting is playing a more and more important role in the field of military affairs and civil application in modern society. This paper is to develop the key technologies of ultraviolet detecting, which include ultraviolet solar blind filter, spectrum conversion, image intensifying and the examining system of double spectrum image. The aim of this paper is to develop new examining system of double spectrum image in order to examine and go to the corona discharge and forest fire in time.For the first time, the ultraviolet solar blind image intensifier device is designed and developed by using technologies of ultraviolet solar blind filter, spectrum conversion, and image intensifying. The ultraviolet image observing device has been developed on the basis of ultraviolet solar blind image intensifier device, which resolves defect of traditional ultraviolet picture taking and improve the efficiency and the quality of locale gaining evidence. The examining effect about the trace of fingerprint, palm prints, etc. by this device is as good as that of the congener overseas import product. This illuminate that the ultraviolet solar blind image intensifier device can intensify slender ultraviolet image effectively, which provides powerful technical guarantee for developing the examining system of double spectrum image.As for the examining system of double spectrum image, the system working in ultraviolet solar blind light and visible light is put forward; the structure of double optical channels is designed to detect and lock the target; the project about separate of ultraviolet light and visible light is brought forward. The examining system of double spectrum image is designed and developed by using technologies of ultraviolet solar blind image intensifying, optical image coupling, CCD imaging, and digital image process. At present, the signal and background of discharge can be detected by this system.In addition, the transfer course of ultraviolet light in conversion screen is simulated by Monte Carlo in this paper. Conversion efficiency and transfer function in different thickness of conversion screen are achieved, which indicates that we can gain high conversion efficiency and transfer function synchronously when the thickness of conversion screen is controlled at 200um.
