A Study on Network Control Technologies and Virtual ObservatoryNetwork Control Technologies and Virtual Observatory(VO) will be 2 key fieldsof astronomical instruments and methods in future.In this paper, first, a brief introduction to these 2 fields is given, and somerelated problems will be also discussed. Then based on the conventionalconcepts of VO, we'd like to propose to integrate Virtual AstronomicalInstruments (VAI) into VO. The purposes of such a integration are as follows:1) Treat the real instruments as a part of all resources, such as, computationability, data bases, and so on, in an observatory; 2)Make observation moreefficient;3)others . Moreover, this integration will be extended to most fields ofa traditional observatory.Hence, first, through the introduction of Halpha data management system atYunnan Observatory, the importance of data management system to virtualobservatory is given. Second, the concept of VAI is explained with details, andthe design and implementation of a prototype system of VAI, a CMOS camera isdescribed. Finally, the plan of remote observation system of 2.4m telescope ispresented.At last, we discussed some technical problems concerning all the fieldsmentioned. And some conclusions are reached.
