With the rapid development of computer network, information security is becoming more and more important. Cryptographic technology is applied to information system to ensure its security. Random Sequence is very important in cryptographic technology, just as the famous cryptograph!st Bruce Schneier said: within the six elements of Cryptographic Technology, the generation of Random Sequence is seldom discussed, but it is also important as others.This thesis discusses how to produce high quality> high speed and convenient random sequences which are applied to information security system . We apply Wavelet transform, Fourier analysis and Hash function to random number generator. It includes six sections mainly:1. We introduce random .sequence theory, some random number generators used currently in computer security system are studied and analyzed , pointing out that main problems of random sequence generators are less amount of their output, lower quality and slower speed.2. We apply the decomposition and reconstruction of wavelet analysis to random number generator to raise the quality of true random number and meet cryptographic technology .3. Hash function theory may be applied to random sequence generators to enhance its quantity and speed , designing a new and high speed random sequence generator .4. Fourier analysis theory is applied to random sequence generators, changing the way of its output, we get a new and high speed random sequence generator.5. The wavelet transform is used to analyze digital physical noise generators to construct its mathematics model . It is proved that their sample signals are approximate white noise. So these sequences which are generated by it are random in theory.6. Using computer power source to get random sequence, design a new random sequence generators, which is used easily to meet the demand of computer security technology, which is developing.Specially, the application of Wavelet analysis theory to random sequence generators to get rid of the bias and correlation^ to construct digital physical noise generators mathematics modeK to get random signal from computer power source are raised by us firstly. We also put forward some ways to enhance their output quantity and speed, such as the application of Fourier analysis and Hash function.
