Business Process Re-engmeenng (BPR) has challenged the traditional Management Information System (MIS) software, which is built on structure analysis & design methodology. This paper proposes the Dynamic Re-configurable Management Information System (DrcMIS) which aims at supporting the variation caused by BPR. Several key problems have been studied which is needed in order to carry into effect for the function of Dynamic Re-configurable. This paper is emphasized particularly on the study of the business modeling methodology, which is dead against to the stage of system analysis & design. This paper sets up the business mode system which is dominant by BPR in terms of the methodology of object-oriented, and this business mode system is composted by several granularity level model from crassitude to fine, and is described by the Unified Modeling Language (UML).bi the aspect of DrcMIS developing process methodology, both the conception of Domain-Specific Software Architecture ( DSS A ) and component technology are play important role leave each other from macrocosm to microcosm angle of view. Based on the principle of DSSA, there are two stage in the whole process of DrcMIS system developing, the first is domain engineering, the second is application engineering.According to the theory of the principle of bounded rationality and Problem-Solving Engineering Approach, the solution of DrcMIS modeling is a congregation of the key rather than a kind of solitude answer. The material blue print lies in the statement as below: the DrcMIS modeling system is making up of object/Class, design patterns, frameworks, component, system architecture and Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA). This system model structure not only substantially differentiate the relatively stable and unstable aspects of the business activities, but also explicitly reflect the relationship between them and integrate the information of the system development as well, which is the foundation of the character of Dynamic Re-configurable for the purpose to support BPR. This paper also puts forwards several solution based on the conception of design patterns and frameworks which are signify to the reality of Dynamic Re-configurable property of DrcMIS. The mechanism and concrete procedure of developing method based on component technology is also introduced and analyzed via a topical case in the end of the final.
