Scholars study specialized market from the perspective of economic efficiency and the institutional arrangement of national structural changement essentially. We feel it is due to a mistaken view of learning, that the market especially specialized markets are bear the savings in transaction costs in the scope of the study of economics. The dissertation tries to research the formation, operation and increase of specialized market from the perspective of sociology. The reasons for the formation, operation and increase of specialized market are those not only the pursuit of economic efficiency, and an institutional arrangement of national structural transformation of institutional economics, but also the objective-type structure of the local culture and the specialized market as well as the homogeneous mutual construction of the business actors and the specialized market.The dissertation tries to research the formation, operation and increase of specialized market from the perspective of sociology. On studying a large number of specialized markets emerging in the course of China's economic and social transformation, the dissertation conceptualizes contemporary French sociologist Pieer Bourdieu's"Field Theory"as a"market-Field"by the theory of localization and local practice characteristics of the specific market characteristics of practice. This study intends to analyze the formation, operation and increase of specialized market from a social structure perspective based on"market field"Theory, and expand the study of the case.Introducing a practice of Z County businessman in Shanghai Y-steel market as an example, the author concludes that the operation of specialized market is under the creation and influence of the formal and informal systems of national institutions and policies, local management and local culture. Along with business habits, businessmen who have caught the opportunity of national development can use a full range of capitals (such as the economic capital, social capital, symbolic capital and symbolic capital, etc.) to carry out their own business development and specialized market management and development. The research also has concluded that the specialized market has entitled the businessmen actors with different field location (social position) and the relationship between business actors and the market is a homogeneous mutual construction. The businessmen actors in the market field, who have taken full advantage of various capitals and business habits in the established market situations, can adopt different business strategies to keep their own reproduction, and strengthen and consolidate the current position for becoming higher market's level producers. Meanwhile, in the research the author also has found that specialized market change is intrigued by the challenge of enterprise itself and the misplacement of the market position and the entry of foreign capitals, which are two main forces of the market changes in the case of the national institutional stability. Moreover, specialized markets continue to be reduplicated by businessmen actors because of the support of State policy and economic development. And on the other hand, the continuous reduplication and increment of specialized markets is also a proliferation of network campaign for market actors to enhance the power of enterprise itself and strengthen their corporate of the market incumbents or to become the market incumbents. As an embodiment of social position, the developers and operators of specialized markets are following the practice of such logical operation.The dissertation divides specialized markets into three types of social structures: the institutional structure, the relationship structure and the construction structure of the specialized market. And the relationship between three structures is the"Trinity", which is in compliance with the analysis of three steps in market field. Firstly, the author has analyzed the field position relative to power market and combined the particular practice field (specialized market) with the larger institutional field. Secondly, the author has depicted the objective-type structure among businessmen, and hold the competition among them is to seek for legal forms of the special authority in the field (competition or symbiosis is another competition policy). Finally, the author has analyzed businessmen practice habits they have taken into the field location and the social locus in the competitive field, and the homogeneous mutual construction of the relationship between the business actors'habits and their corresponding field.The article follows the order of the"system structure","relationship structure"and"construction structure" of the market, and it is also in line with the step of the market field research.In a word, the author has found the formation, operation and increase of specialized market has been cased by the national structural transformation and the savings in transaction costs by the market actors. It needs economics analysis as well as more convincing analysis of a"panorama"of sociological theory which benefits from the research. Meanwhile, in the research the author also has found the formation, operation and increase of specialized market particularly introducing one hundrend steel specialied market developed by Z county businessmen has been pushed forward by the objective-type structure of the local culture and the specialized market as well as the homogeneous mutual construction of the business actors and the specialized market.
