Education is related to human's cause. Qualified personnel nurtured and educated by education are responsible for understanding and reforming the future of the world. They should create the new theory of the social value, and should have the point of view of the new things and put forward new ideas to solve new issues with various capacities, especially creativity. To young students who just touch society, these capacities cannot be achieved overnignt. It needs to go though the school-phase process of training and exercising gradually. This process must combine the function of school, society, nature and family together. However, in reality, we only attach importance to the formal education in schools, ignoring the real world interaction; only attach importance to the vertical connections, ignoring the horizontal communication of the real world, which lead to the several alienations of the education, such as natural alienation, social education, family education and human self-alienation."Learning to Care---21 Century Education"mentions:"To form the practical requirements to learning, the education system should be different from the present model. The importance may be that community should be more involved in schools and schools become more involved in society". It shows that in the new century's education, schools can't divorce from the real world but to re-root in it. We should make great efforts to develop the connection of the schools and the real world and try to strengthen the connection and the interaction of the schools and the real world to develop our education system. Meanwhile, the widely used technology under globalization and social conditions of network make the young students no longer be satisfied with the limited knowledge in classroom. They need to move toward to the real world, and into the relatively open learning environment and living way of life, and participate in social groups better. Because of this, education is needed. Schools should make teachers and students"to listen to the voice out of the window"by social practice activities."To listen to the voice out of the window"refers to listen to the all aspects of real world, and adjust and develop their own values and behaviors in order to achieve our teaching goal. This dissertation attempts to do the exploration on this issue theoretically and practically.This text is divided into five sections and focuses on five aspects:Part I (Introduction),"To listen to the voice out of the window", that outlines the necessity to"listen to". Teachers and students"listen"to the real world is to train students to adapt to the transition of the society, social environment, and diversified development requirements. Teachers and students"listen"to the real world is the practical requirement of education reform to strengthen quality education. At the same time, teachers and students"listen"to the real world is also the practical needs in school physical and psychological growth stage."Listen to the voice out of the window"conforms to the trend of globalization and social development and represents the direction of modern education reform. It is the essential requirement to the development of our education history and the real world.Part II (Chapter One), the illustration of the"listen to the voice out of the window". Theme running through this dissertation is to explore the relation between education and human beings as well as education and society. The importance focuses on human interaction, people's practice and the relations between human and society, human and nature. This text, takes Marxist philosophy as the core theory, take Marxist scientific practice as well as her contemporary upgrade as the core theoretical support to explain the importance of the practice to the forming to lives and mechanism to the development. Besides this, it also explains the special meaning to the education. Meanwhile, we must develop from the"social realities"and start to meet people in order to understand people's practice, the position and the relations to the relationship between thought and reality of people's thinking as a methodology guide, from the perspective of interaction, from the main grasp the inter-relationship, rather than as a mere man isolated individual.Part III(Chapter II and III) What is"out of the window to listen to the voice", and have the definition and argument to the logical starting point and the origin of"listen". Under the guidance of Marx's philosophy, from the educational reality, the author has an investigation that human beings'existence and development is the essential issue to the education. Existence and development are both basic categories of philosophy and also the basic categories of the education. To"listen", existence and development have ontology, epistemology, and value theory of meaning. The logical starting point of"listen"is human beings'existence and development. And the original point of education is precisely the starting point and their lives based on the existence and generation, perfecting and development.Part IV(Chapter IV and Chapter V) What kind of voice should be listened to. That is, the subject, object, and field domain. Teachers and students are the main subject, and nature, society, other people, family are the objects."Listen"to the real world and social practice. Education is a kind of life, practice. Education process is the process of life practice. Education is the trend toward life-world and life practice. The classroom and outside the classroom is a unified life--world to the education teaching. There should be no wall, but in a deformed-based, closed-oriented education model, there exist a wall between them. In order to return to the daily life in the world and return to education, the law of the truth, we must tear down the wall. Young students not only live in school, but also live in society. Society, school, family should be the same living world. These three elements are three scenes of one society. So we must establish the mutual relationship between the three"listen"and the relationship between the main field, meaning field, in order to complete"listen to the voice out of the window."Chapter V(Chapter VI) How to"listen to the voice out of the window"? Based on the theoretical and practical cases analysis, around"how to listen", this dissertation puts forward to cultivate practical capacity ( including creativity) as the goal, in order to construct school development community, learning community, integrated practice course community, social and school-family community as the carrier of the initial idea of the"listen".
