With the expansion of higher education, especially the affection of the global financial crisis, the issue of university students' employment raises full attention of the community. Since the1990s, career guidance carried by domestic colleges and universities has played a significant role in helping students to change the concept of be employment and meet the need of labor market, whose process can be generally divided into three stages: In the early 1990s, the reform of labor system and employment system forced the college students to have to hunt for jobs which made employment guidance of college students appear. It focused on the promotion of employment policies, the collection of employment information, and helped graduates to complete the transition of attitudes and behavior as well as the distribution to self-choice in employment; The second stage since the beginning of the 21st century, employment guidance expanded to all students, continuously strengthened the cooperation with the employment guidance agencies of foreign universities, promoted the training and qualification work of the consulters which was organized by the government; In the third stage recently, the concept of career development becomes more popular, many colleges and universities offer courses of career development to help students transfer from school to work during cooperation with business and community advisory institution.Under the background that design theory and practice of career development curriculum in the college has become the focus of community concern, this paper stands from education, sociology, management and other multi-disciplinary perspective, compares the current curriculum design of career development and relevant experience in domestic and abroad, focuses on the two main themes of career development and curriculum design, explore in design elements, methods and protection mechanisms of career development curriculum for college students. This thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is about the origin and the basic idea of the study. Giving the description of the background of this study, as well as the theoretical value and practical significance under the current situation, I define the research objects and methods, collect relevant papers and give reviews.Chapterâ…¡is the theoretical basis for career development curriculum for college students. Through the analysis of curriculum design theory in domestic and abroad, I put forward design perspective from the curriculum design, methods and elements of courses.Chapterâ…¢is practice, exploration, and the assessment of career development curriculum design from domestic. The paper focuses on the practice of career development courses in the domestic, sums up problems of the current career development for college students in the concept methods and the elements of curriculum design, and analyses in the theoretical research, team building and support systems.Chapterâ…£is the international experience and enlightenment of career development curriculum design. The paper analyses career development curriculum design concepts, methods and elements in the foreign universities as well as shows the importance inspiration of curriculum design in domestic.Chapterâ…¤is the exploration and design idea of career development. The paper points out for the lack and problems of the domestic curriculum design and gives the specific concept of curriculum design from the aspects of idea, methods and elements.Chapterâ…¥is the Countermeasures to the promotion of the career development curriculum design for college students. I propose to establish integration mechanisms of career development curriculum design and career guidance, the connection with students' quality training, as well as the docking mechanism for building professionals, information technology and other support mechanisms to promote the career development curriculum design for college students.
