Research On The Evaluation System Of The Key Competitive Abilities Of Chinese Topnotch Players Of The Free-hand Fighting Events

The free-hand fighting events are the very important part of the modern competitive sport, and have many medals in Olympic Games. It is a matter of considerable public concern how to enhance the competitive abilities of the players, especially how to discover advantages and weaknesses of the players by evaluating their key competitive abilities. The concludes were drawn based on theories analytical method, inquiries, experimental survey, and statistics.1, The players'key competitive abilities are the sub-abilities which play a decisive role in players'competitiveness. It was put forward in view of integrating the theories about the dominant factors of players with training practice. It lay stress on the key points figuratively and directly, and is beneficial to free our mind of apprehensions about event-group and plan training according to special competitive traits and law.2, The key competitive abilities of free-hand fighting players are their physical capacity and motor skill. They are almost equal important in players competitive abilities, and play a decisive role in players'competitiveness.3, The physical capacities are the abilities of physical exercises in training and competition. It is made of physical morphology, functions, and athletic traits. In training and competition, the exterior parts of the physical capacity are physical morphology and athletic traits, and the interior part is physical functions. Among them, the athletic traits are the primary factor of players'physical capacity.4, The skill is the abilities that the performer applies the specific knowledge and experiences in order to attain his objective, and there are two kinds of skills——motor skill and cognitive skill. Motor skill is the abilities that the players apply specific techniques in order to accomplish certain mission in training and competition. The motor skill in free-hand fighting events is discrete, open motor skill.5, The research worked out a evaluation system of the key competitive abilities of Chinese Sanda topnotch players, which is made of 11 evaluation indexes, the ratios of the indexes, and the evaluation standard. By logically analyzing and quantificationally testing, the system has significant validity, and thus it provides a reference basis to evaluate the key competitive abilities of players and monitor training. Meanwhile, the theory, the method, and the procedure are also suitable for other free-hand fighting events.6, There are no limits to evaluating the motor skill of players, so we should evaluate the dominant factors in practice. Henceforth, we should do more researches on the timing and spatial orientation abilities of the free-hand fighting players, especially on their forecast and estimation abilities, and the quantificational test on the wrestle techniques of players.
