The theme of the thesis focuses on discussing freedom and limitation problem existing in Child-education system. There are two aspects of meaning with respect to freedom of child-education: first, as being educated, one child could be free from some limitation & restriction and avoid inappropriate interference from pedagogues; second, one child is capable to act freely and do what they want. This means that a child could involve in the basic education provided by the society.As the concept of right keeps developing nowadays, and begins to enter into education system, freedom of a child, existing in education, has been cognized gradually. When the concept of right enters into education field, the concept of freedom come about and has been being established gradually thereby, and it has brought into new discussions about the rationality of compulsive education. Education has been defined to be a kind of compulsive conception (education is equivalent to compulsion), therefore, there might be conflicts taking place logically between education and passive freedom. These conflicts go between adults and children, ideality and freedom, as well as goodness and freedom etc. However, it does not mean that freedom of education is short of rationality. The value of such kind of freedom, existing in education, could be represented as that it could provide a child with possibility of characteristic development. Meanwhile, freedom has close relation with equivalent, justice, obligation and order with respect to education.A child's basic freedom, existing in education, mainly includes two aspects: (i) as for the positive meaning of freedom, it allows a child to take part in educating action; (ii) as for the passive meaning of freedom, it causes a child to get away from interference and compulsion, and it is made up of thought-freedom and action-freedom. In the practicing history of human education, there are two kinds of extremity forms existing in child education: lack-freedom and over-freedom. A child's basic freedom in education requires that pedagogues give up traditional educating and managing methods, to make education more instructional, but not compulsive. A child's education freedom is also restricted, which will provide compulsion of education with reasonable assurance. When a child's freedom goes beyond this restriction, negative effects will be brought to education orders, interest of other persons and the child himself, and at this moment, pedagogues shall have to adopt an appropriate compulsive method to restore such kind of freedom to its correct state. However, this does not mean that pedagogues' compulsive manner will not be limited. In fact, they should keep the concept of freedom, to lead the child to realize rights of other people. And they also should treat the child with forgiving hearts.As education freedom develops from conceptual form to practicable form, its feasibility will rely on the procedure through which the concept of goodness differs from single to common, meanwhile education shall be taken as a reflection of public will of the society. Therefore, education freedom is necessary to meet the requirement of common goodness and public will. It is executable for education freedom to reach practice form, and under this educating concept, assurance of freedom grants the right to be prior with respect to goodness. Freedom education accepts compulsive education therein, but it will not be implemented by the compulsive manner. However, establishment of freedom concept in education will be the basic assurance. Only by carrying out freedom concept in the basic education system, we could make child's education freedom come true in deed.
