After 1980s, a lot of free flow resources and space have been found with the ever deepening of China's political and economic reform. Non-profit organizations take fully advantage of this opportunity to develop rapidly and begin to work widely in the government, private sector (households), and enterprises. They have played a prominent role in various fields and get more and more people's trust. Does that mean "civil society" in the context of western begins to grow in our country? In real life, can non-profit organizations be independent from government departments and for-profit organizations? What characteristics do they show and what difficulties do they meet in the actual operation? What is the relationship between non-profit organizations and others? how do they obtain resources for survival and development ... ...The rapid development of China's non-profit Organizations and the problems they meet in the process of development have attracted some scholars'extensive attention and stimulated their enthusiasm and interests to research. As a bottom-up non-profit organization, Wenzhou Green-Eyes Environmental Organization is taken as an example in this paper to study how it gets the resources of survival and development by interacting with government, media, public, what resources they exchange, what kind of conflict they have, what strategies it takes to increase the bargaining to get more resources, how to deal with the relationship between survival and purpose When the external request is different from its internal aims, how it maintains autonomy and independence in the interaction with other organizations from the resource dependence perspective. By this typical case, I hope to learn how those bottom-up non-profit organizations interact with other organizations to get resources for survival and development and what its independence and autonomy is like.In this paper, Green Eyes organization was taken as a case, I adopted mainly qualitative research methods and collected data with participant observation, literature study, depth interviews. Through the analysis of events and activities which have a major impact on the organization to explore something about the interaction between organization and other subjects. I find that three social bodies which are government, media and public have a direct impact on the survival and development of Green Eyes at present by empirical research. Through the analysis of their interaction, I think Green Eyes Organization has a strong dependence on governments, media and other non-profit organizations in the capital, office facilities, technology, regulatory systems, legitimacy and other resources, which has a profound impact on the organization's development and their relationship. However, these donors'idea of "I offer money and force, you have to go to work" affects the organization's independence and autonomy. Specifically, the fund support of governments to Green Eyes is not enough, in their funding projects, the governments mainly make laws and regulations to control the organization, and seldom interferes with the organization's specific operations. The dependence of the Green Eyes on the media is that media can report and intervene to make sure of the smooth development of many activities, in fact, the organization's members and volunteers are from media. Organizations rely on the public because it needs volunteers involved and dues paid. Now in the process of developing, this reliance mainly shows other non-profit organizations can supply activity funds, and technical support. If it takes action according to donors'requirements, the autonomy of organization will go down obviously. Thus, I believe two abilities are needed urgently to improve in the future development of our non-profit organizations. One is reflective ability, the organization should always reflect and guard against donors, government or other forces and factors that may affect the direction of organizational development. The other is persistent ability, that is, the organization should persist in its original purpose and mission, never deviate from its basic direction of development and on no condition lose its direction of advance.
