Mainly divied into two pats of contents:the one is the transformation of our youth campus football talent cultication idea under the scientific development view, which is from cultivating competitive series monotonous football talents training conception to culticate all-round development, generalized comprehensive football talent concept, the other one is in modern cultication idea influence, the transformation of Chinese youth football talent cultivation system from professional training type competitive system to comprehensive development-oriented school system.For the deep research on the cultivation system of the campus football talent, the author analysis from "implementing" and "development" two parts. In a horizontal implementation, according to the different of implementing functions, of the campus football activity, cultivation system is divided into the campus football management system, campus football competition system, campus football training system, the campus football selection system, campus football promotional system, campus football capital, allocation system and the campus football evaluation system seven systems. In the vertical development, according to different development levels of school football, school football will be divided into the key school football talents cultivation and the pilot school football talents cultivation the two aspects content.
